Pros: The food was very good. The noise level was low and we were able to comfortable talk to each other. We were not rushed so again a good place for friends to catch up. Excellent view.

Cons: We exited the elevator expecting a restaurant but instead found a bar, some tables near the bar and on the side of the bar. OK, casual. There was a hostess stand but no hostess. After standing for a minute or two, my husband went to the front desk to ask where is the restaurant and the woman pointed to where we were standing. So we found a table. After a short while, one friend went over to the bar and was told they have red and white win. They also have a beer list. She went back to tell the bartender what we wanted to drink and asked about food. She was handed a sticky notepad. Yep ... we had to write our own food order. She was able to find the silverware and napkin rolls. Another couple behind us got their food and were looking for condiments. Our friend proceeded to open a cabinet and got them what they needed. The manager was buzzing around and we found out that all servers, except the lone bartended, called off for the night. He was on his own. Food arrived minus my husband's. So we had to wait for them to prepare his meal. The manager profusely apologized. When the bill came, we were not compensated for my friend being our waitress nor not bringing my husband's food.

I realize that nothing can be done when employees chose to not show up for work. But I would have thought they would have a plan B in place. This restaurant has been open for a while now and it seems as though it was opening night. And I was very disappointed that no compensation or concern for the disastrous night we had was provided to us as paying customers. Unfortunately we will never again visit this establishment.
