Located on the 8th floor of Erie's newest hotel, Oliver’s Rooftop overlooks Erie's beautiful bayfront and indulges guests with inventive and extraordinary cuisine served alongside stunning views and captivating sunsets.

Oliver’s Rooftop offers incredible vantage points of Presque Isle Bay provided by massive floor-to-ceiling glass panels. A retractable glass wall allows for open-air dining on the rooftop balcony in favorable weather.

Oliver’s Rooftop is a one-of-a-kind culinary destination that pays homage to Erie’s rich maritime history. Oliver’s Rooftop is named in honor of Oliver Hazard Perry, an American naval commander best known for his heroic role in the 1813 Battle of Lake Erie. Visitors to Oliver’s Rooftop will have the chance to view Perry’s flagship, the US Brig Niagara, in her home port adjacent to the restaurant.

Oliver’s Rooftop is the crowning jewel of Erie’s newest hotel, the Hampton Inn & Suites.

Just visiting Erie and happened upon Oliver’s. Seemed interesting, so we gave it a try. Offered a high top table right next to the bar, but declined in favor of a regular table. Seated toward the “back” of the room. Slightly dark, not the ambience we might have expected, and adjacent to a large, family gathering with three young children. Our request to move was honored and we ended up at the most favored table in the place; directly in front of the open air balcony. It actually made the experience so much better! Our server (who I failed to obtain his name) was absolutely professional and accomodating. Seafood bisque was beyond amazing. Entrees were perfectly fine, but nothing that stands out. We were celebrating a birthday and our server surprised us with a nicely presented (and tasty) desert. Much appreciated! Overall; positive experience. Can’t say that I’ll HAVE to get back there, but, enjoyed the dinner.

We celebrated our anniversary last night at Oliver’s and it was perfect! The salmon was delicious, the steak was perfectly prepared, and they even brought us out a waffle dessert with a sparkler candle. Our server was incredibly sweet and very attentive to our needs throughout our meal. I highly recommend Oliver’s!

I have been here twice and it has been a very good experience. I think the entrees are nice sized and priced accordingly for the quality ingredients.

We enjoyed our dining experience at Oliver's. The view of the lake is outstanding, The customer service was exceptional. The cuisine was very good and because we were celebrating a birthday they presented us with a complimentary sparkling dessert. It is our go to place when we want something special.

We’ve been to Oliver’s every 4 th of July week since they opened. This time we were a little disappointment with the food. I had a seafood pasta and it had a bland taste. The rest of my Party just said the food was ok. We also had lunch there a few days before that and it was excellent. I think they may have got a new chef because it definitely wasn’t the same as all the other times we have been there. Their desserts were awesome as usual.
