   They must have been short staffed because it took a long time to be seated and to be waited on. Stacy, our server, was great though and the food was delicious.

   This place is horrible and should not even be listed in Open Table. We tried to go there for Sunday brunch and had to walk out after waiting 1 1/2 hours when there was still no sign of any food. They had the gall to charge us for drinks and did not even give us the brunch price. Incredibly bad experience.

   We ended up leaving without ordering after the waiter listed off all of the foods they were out of and telling us he was short of kitchen help so it will be a while.

   Service was slow, but when we complained, manager apologized profusely and took care of the bill. The food was delicious. We will go back again.

   Was a great evening from start to finish. Our host was really nice and accommodating. The waiter was exceptional. Great service!! The Nashville Hot wings were so good. We will definitely be back.

   I want to love this place but every time we go there is an issue. This time I made a reservation but there was no table available when we arrived. There are many shows and events downtown but each time we go on a show night they act like it is a shock and they are overwhelmed. I am sure the limited theater menu has helped but we were there for an hour before our food came out. I won't give up because the food is good and it is convenient but I hope they figure out how to handle crowds and staff accordingly.

   A great burger coupled by decent bourbon is one of the great pleasures in life and Oliver's delivers perfectly! I had the pleasantly spicy Devil's Revenge burger and my date had the Beef on Weck, a steak sandwich on a caraway-seeded roll with horseradish sauce that he said may be the best sandwich he's ever had. Our waitress was really nice, knew the menu items well, and went to the bartender to get answers for me about several of the whiskeys. The manager (perhaps owner?) stopped by to ask if our food was to our liking, and it was. This was our first time at Oliver's but definitely won't be our last.

   Service was great but slightly slow. Place is a little run down and our booth was really small for 4 people. Food was really good and they have great drinks!!

   Had to wait for our table approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Thats okay. Place was under staffed and did not seem to be very organized. We ordered an app. that arrived at the same time as our meal. Food was okay but not great. my wife had the salmon with a bourbon topping. It looked like someone dumped a whole bottle of toping on top of the salmon that my wife had to scrape off. We weren't even finished our dinner and had the bill put on our table.

    We had a reservation for 6:30 before seeing 8:00 show. We arrived early and got a table right away. This is a neat place that specializes in craft beers, bourbon and burgers. We received a special “show menu” which was limited and had slightly higher prices than normal menu. Our server was brand new and while he tried hard he needed a little more training. It took a long time to get our drink and then food order and then he would come back after ten minutes to confirm the order. He did bring us the full menu which is how we discovered they were jacking up their prices for the show. Overall it worked out well because it’s right around the corner from the Palace Theater. The place is kinda neat with a very limited and somewhat expensive menu. I’m glad we arrived early or we would have been pressing to make show on time. We both agreed we would likely go elsewhere next time.
