I went with a group of friends for brunch. Our waiter was completely inattentive. She only had us and two other tables, the restaurant was pretty vacant. We waited extremely long for just our drinks and we didn’t even get our drinks until we requested them 2 additional times) Our cups were dirty. My coffee creamer had dirt in it. I waited so long for cream and sugar my coffee was actually cold. My friends sprite had orange specks/ debris in the cup. Our food tasted old. Our check was initially wrong. Overall, it was one of my first and last experiences ever at Olive Garden. An absolute nightmare. We were there for over 90 min when we only got appetizers, coffees, and desserts.

Dined in on 10-25-2023 for the 1st time with 2 of my friends. Didn't have high expectations, but overall experience was poor. Food is mid, kids run around the restaurant with no parental control, my credit card was overcharged, and management fails to follow up. Definitely will not return...

Really bad service! Waitress totally not interested in my party, no extra garlic sticks(I asked for more?), salad limp, no top up of soda never asked that the food was ok? Despite our lasagne was not very hot! Garlic sticks also stale and hard? Not what i expected in an olive garden! I have been to Most olive garden in the USA mainland, hopefully the management team will rethink the sub standard of food and service at this Honolulu restaurant!

We hadn’t been to an Olive Garden in many years, mainly because there wasn’t one where we lived. Olive Garden is a good mid priced Italian restaurant. We had the lasagna. The portion was ample and the quality was very good. Good value for the money considering the other “five star” Italian restaurants with much higher prices and smaller portions. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting a decent meal for a reasonable price.

When we arrrived there was a lot of people, luckily we had reservations for 4 people Although there was quite a lot of empty tables we were seated way in the back, the server wasn’t welcoming he asked if we wanted something to drink my reply was water for now he came back with our water and just put it on the table then walked away. He came back about 10 minutes later.we ordered appetizers it took awhile to come, then we ordered our meals he took the order then he walked away after realizing he didn’t ask if we wanted soup or salad, I had to wave to him to get his attention to see if we was getting soup or salad he’s response was or I didn’t know you wanted soup as 2 of us wanted soup and the 2 others wanted salad, he said I’ll get it with the bread sticks when he came back with the soup and salad no bread sticks so I had to ask him. When he came back with the breadsticks he just put it on the table and walked away. Same as when our entree arrived he just placed it on the table and walked away. When he came with the check he just put it on the table and walked away. We didn’t enjoy our dinner. I was looking to have a nice dinner with other family members.

Try not no go before noon. They don’t turn on their air conditioning until they open the doors at 11:00, so it’s uncomfortably hot inside until about 12;00.

Enjoyed the food. Very disappointed with our seating location. We had a view of the Mens Restroom door opening and closing. There were a lot of better table locations available.

The reservation was made on time, nevertheless the wed site never mentioned that the restaurant was on the 4th level, asking several employees at the shopping center didn’t respond according to where exactly was the rest until found a on site map, during our meal the manager Jazmín stopped by and asked if everything was fine, after explained our our deal she was very concerned and offered an apology for the inconvenience she sat with us and shared some tips as first time visitor can and can’t very nice of her to dedicate herself to delete the inconvenience, very professionally addressed the issue. Highly recommended to visit the restaurant
