Todd was great server.
First, I was told FOUR times that I would be expected to vacate the table in two hours. I had no problem with the policy, but I felt hammered by the repetition of the policy, as if I were stupid.
The cocktail was delicious, and I enjoyed my beet citrus salad.
The wine list was ridiculous. Nothing in a moderate price range was offered. I settled for $18 a glass and took tiny sips. But my entrée--chicken cacciatore--was just awful. Measly little leg and tiny thigh, tasteless polenta, and the sauce needed salt. I asked for salt and got a tiny little portion in a bowl. Excuse me?! When our waitress asked hiow it was, I replied, Well, I'm not too pleased and she said Great! And whisked away.
I shall not return.
I brought my dad and stepmom here and they can be hard to impress but they LOVED this place and our waitress was so nice and made great recommendations
Everything was wonderful! We enjoyed every minute from the time we got there til the time we left. Food was great, service (Cameron) was great, and enjoyed our time thoroughly.
the entrees were subpar, but the appetizer and dessert were delicious. highly recommend the calamari and the apple donuts.
I don’t recommend the shrimp pasta dish. the ravioli was decent.
Server was very good. Wine list is high priced, our bottle of Sangiovese was very tasty. The Arancini appetizer was excellent, especially the Romesco sauce but it didn’t come with much of it. We asked for more and got it. The fish entree was fabulous, well seasoned and cooked perfectly. We had two pasta dishes, Cacio Pepe and Bucatini Amatriciana. Both of them were uninspired and were not well seasoned. Very disappointing pastas.
So wonderful - great food & lovely garden. The 2 hour limit on dining time is awkward. Hopefully that will be able to
go away as things get more close to normal!
Birthday dinner for myself and twin and our server Alex was amazing! First time there and we’ll definitely be back! Amazing food and service
Interior needs updated. The patio is probably the way to go. Salads were great but the pasta just so-so. Server was super; she was attentive, but not overly, & very nice.
Such a great place for a nice date night! We loved sitting outside, the food and wine was amazing and our service was really great as well! Will definitely be coming back!
Extremely nice waitress and beautiful restaurant. Delicious food and drinks. She even brought us out a surprise desert , and it happened to be my birthday but she didn’t know that!
Excellent food, COVID precaution is on point, beautiful ambience.
The food is excellent, no doubt but very expensive for the portion size. We sat outside and the dead landscape was really a detraction. It felt dirty and abandoned. For the price and rating, we were expecting a lot more.
Delicious food and beautiful patio. Great central location.
Good bartender, good food and nice outdoor area. Very casual and pleasant.
I would have preferred a tablecloth rather than a bare wood table, but other than that, we liked it very much.
Very good food as always! We got married there so O&J holds a special place in our hearts!
Beautiful atmosphere and outstanding food and drinks. Spoil yourself or someone else!
Nice location and excellent food. Waitress was very knowledgeable about the food they offered. Had a great date!
Great experience in a relaxing setting.
Excellent food, friendly service, enjoyable and COVID-safe environment
The food and service both were great. Great date night/special occasions treat.
The food was over priced. It was also not great. The ambiance was strange. Don’t plan on ever going back.
Food was not good. Regret choosing this place for a birthday. Linguini was too fishy and chicken cacciatore was just plain bad.
Wonderful food, drink and service.
A bit of rowdy noise.
Service was great- Sam was our server. Ambiance indoors is extremely blah. Food was mediocre at best.
Upstairs patio was great. Our server was amazing! Will go back
Waiter was superb. Really knew his business. Weak point for us was the wine. However, they have a good selection of wines and we will try a different one .
Took my parents here for dinner while they were in town. We had the frito misto for an appetizer then the linguine and braised beef parpadelle for dinner, and we paired them with a bottle of red wine. Super delicious highly recommend
This place is fantastic. A great place for a date and the best pasta in Austin!
Generally great place but I think the server was new, did not really know the ropes too well. Dinner was served prior to wine arriving and by that time it was cool to barely warm. Disappointing.
Our waitress was amazing! We had such a great dinner start to finish thanks to her!
The food was amazing and our waiter Darren was the best. He explained everything to us that we had questions about and he made us feel very welcomed
We loved Olive and June! Perfect date night spot. Everything was DELICIOUS!
Great! Always love eating at Olive & June. And will always reference friends and family!
Everything, from the free Valet Parking to the exquisite Citrus Beet Salad was great! I ordered the Linguine and added shrimp. My date ordered the ravioli. Both were delicious! My only complaint is that the linguine was a little heavy on the lemon, but it was still quite delicious. I had water but my date ordered the Sicilian Margarita, I had a sip and it was smooth, not too sweet and the alcohol wasn't overpowering. We will definitely be back! Oh, it was a little bright for a fine dining establishment but again, this was only a minor thing to be noticed. Henry was a friendly valet and Darren was an attentive and polite server. Give Olive & June a try, you won't regret it.
Amazing food and great ambiance as always!
I was disappointed. The table was sticky and dirty. The ambiance was lacking. For such an expensive restaurant they could have done more to create a space that doesn't feel so thrown together. I can get cheap fairy lights and sticky tables at the taco truck. The service, food, and drinks were good.
First off, we visited from Houston the place is beautiful! The food&drinks are amazing truly unique & worth every penny ! Our server Sasha made our reservation exceptional! Will be back again, for sure !!!!
Great for a beautiful night in Austin ! 📈
Great cocktails, food, and service. Sitting on the upstairs patio with friends is the best.
