Poor service overall. Incredibly rude hostess. Server took a very long time to greet us and did not check in once. Food order came out wrong. Disappointing experience.

Disappointed with the entire experience and not sure what the hype was/is about. Food was cold. Charcuterie board had barely any meat on there. Salmon was overcooked. The place was mostly empty and relied on guests there from a festival the hotel was hosting. Otherwise, we looked like the only guests who had not gone to the festival.

They may have been understaffed , but it took an incredibly long time to serve our food. The food was okay - wasn’t great.

We were a group of 5 gals and we were greeted kindly by the host. Noise level was low so we were able to have great conversation amongst our table. Food was delicious had a little bit of everything. Mocktails tasted like a fancy lemonade and the rose could have been chilled a little longer. Overall, we had a great time!

Asked for some condiments and my toast that I never received. I actually asked for my toast 3 times and finally they brought it out as we were leaving. Our waiter never checked on us after our food was delivered. It was expensive for what we received.

Not sure what all the fuss was about. It’s good, but nothing spectacular. Both of our meals were lukewarm, and were average. It was empty on a weeknight, so very quiet.
