Halibut special was great. Spaghetti was good too. Server neglected us a little for a while? Otherwise great experience. We will return.
Delicious! Came last minute. We weren’t expecting to be as impressed as we were. Everything was tasty. We dined at some of the more “go to” nice restaurants in Napa on this trip that were harder to get reservations to and more pricey, and this restaurant was much better. Our group of 4 agreed that we’d like to stop here Every Napa visit.
I made a reservation saying it was m husbands birthday . They didn’t even acknowledge his birthday. Ambiance was mediocre , menu was sparse. Service was good. Very expensive for the little bit we got. No bread offered. Seems like COVID is an excuse to do as little as possible now. I guess this will be our new normal. Hopefully not.
Menu was unimpressive- burgers were dry and buns stale. Pickled zucchini on burrata simply didn’t work for me. Hope the sad menu is Covid19 related and that their general offering are tastier

We had the most outstanding experience at Olive and Hay. We ordered the heirloom tomato salad, Italian salad, eggplant parmigiana and the pesto. Everything was truly exceptional. The service blew us away. Jenna, Sarah, Roberto and Chef Jose made our experience so memorable. We cannot wait to go back. Make sure to have the tiramisu for dessert!
I’m sure COVID-19 and some of the changes that the restaurant implemented along with maybe turnover in regular staff may have had a part in our experience. Having said that, we arrived for our dinner reservation and were promptly seated outside in the patio area. The patio area was mostly clean and orderly and tables spaced generously to maintain social distance. The menu is very simple, almost too simple and could use a little bit more choice/variety. We gave our order to our server with a heirloom tomato salad as a first course. After 30 minutes and no food, the server told us he forgot to turn in the order to the kitchen after taking our order but the food would be coming in 8 minutes, then offered us complementary champagne. Annoying situation but we took the bubbly. 10 minutes more I irritatingly asked if we could at least get the heirloom tomato salad expedited (since it is not cooked). It came 2 minutes later. The entrees came 5 minutes after that which I’m pleased to say were plated well and were pleasantly seasoned and delicious. We also ordered deserts which were delivered to our table timely and they were delicious too. Overall the service was meh. Food above average. Ambiance was ok only because there was a cool breeze, and in the patio there was a gas fireplace and some patio heaters, but no one thought to turn them on. Hopefully, they will improve their operation post COVID changes.

3 weeks after reopening. There was only entree- chicken and 2-3 types of pizza so disappointing selection given dinner was still $1090. Manage your expectations

The food is as good as I have ever enjoyed dining out. Chef Jose and Sous Chef Jon are obviously very talented I don't want to exagerate, but ths is what Thomas Keller Italian cuisine would taste like.

First time visit; heard about Olive and Hay from a friend. A little slow on being seated although we suspect they were pacing the customers and trying to keep everyone spread out due to COVID-19.
The roasted chicken and the truffle pizza were off the chart! Loved the Italian salad presentation. Desserts were also very good.
We will definitely be back.
Our dinner was very good and the service was excellent.
We went here twice while our stay at the Vista Collina and both times great food and even more amazing service. I’m very happy and overly pleased with this place and will be back.

Excellent service. Lovely atmosphere. Amazing sauce on the spaghetti ,which is the same sauce for the margherita pizza. Friends had the spaghetti carbonara which was to die for. Not a fan of the truffle pizza but management replaced it with the margherita pizza quickly at no charge. Get the gelato (vanilla, salted carmel or pistachio) or the flourless chocolate cake for dessert.

Server was great and food great
Food was delicious and service was great. But the ambiance suffered from being way too loud with the music so that you couldn’t hear the server and the space was too austere and not “warm” and “inviting” enough.

Lovely new spot with delicious food. We had birthday reservations and there were several parties in the lobby. They did seat walk ins ahead of us and had to wait past our reservation time but they did have a table reserved for us.
Our server was Sara and she was very helpful with our selections. We didn't enjoy one of the wines and she was kind enough to take it off of our bill as well as not charge us for our dessert for my boyfriend's birthday. Management was walking around and helping out and greeting tables. It was nice see see management involved not just when there is an issue. We had the broccolini with the aioli and black truffle sauce and it did not disappoint. We shared a pizza and it was perfectly baked. Overall had a good experience.

Great meal. We did the Valentine’s Day dinner with wine pairings. Every course was amazing and the wine pairings were spot on! Our server Nahida was awesome. We’ll definitely eat there again.
