Olive & Citrus
It was extremely loud was very loud baby showers and a birthday party. Our waiter was a sweet young gentleman however I believe he had too many people to attend to. The directions say that it is it a requirement to only be there for 1.5 hours per table but it took over 30 minutes just to get our drinks so..... they also brought us burnt scones which was sad.
Great place for brunch. No bottomless drinks, but the single cocktails we got were very good.
Food and service are always great. We’d eat here more often but the prices are very high despite the food being good. Nearly too much to justify more than once or twice a year.
A neighborhood gem! Food and service were fantastic and Tyler made sure it was a great evening.
Food was consistent and excellent!
this restaurant used to be our favorite but definately not anymore. the food was terrible. waste of time and money. won't be returning1
The service was amazing. The food was fresh and perfectly cooked. Cocktails were perfect !
Dinner was delicious and Hanna our server was amazing
The evening was great. It was nice to get a chance to the feeling from inside the restaurant. That was a great experience. Overall, a great night and great service. Thank you 💯
Our first time at Olive & Citrus and can't say enough good things about this restaurant. Every course from oysters on the half-shell through desert tasted wonderful. Everything was spaced out nicely. The 'house' cabernet was Round & Pond Kith and Kin and was very good. Service was wonderful. Will definitely be back soon.
The service is attentive and the food expertly prepared. It’s one of the best restaurants in the Inland Empire.
Weekend lunch Eggs Benedict with Smoked Salmon served with chunky grilled potatoes is excellent.
Our first time was a few months before COVID-19 and the food and experience was spectacular. In April 2021. We waited after ordering for 45min. One order was half cooked and the other order was so burnt it flavored the whole plate of chilaquiles. I have had far better for much less and with more attentive staff. They did take offer 25% of my chilaquiles dish.
Wonderful experience. The drinks were very unique and well balanced. All the food was exquisitely prepared and nicely presented. The wait staff were very attentive, upbeat and very knowledgeable. We will definitely be coming back regularly! A true unexpected gem in Redlands!
We had a wonderful experience at Olive & Citrus. The service was attentive but not intrusive. The food was delicious.
Celebrated my sons 22nd birthday here. Food was delicious, service was good & the ambience was quiet and nice. Will definitely return
Love this restaurant. The food never disappoints.
The food and service was incredible. The ambiance only adds to the experience
I didn’t realize Sunday was brunch, we really wanted lunch. I got the crab cakes and they had fried eggs on top (this wasn’t mentioned in the menu) they were very over easy, mention how you like eggs cooked because they tend to be under cooked. My daughter had French toast, which was delicious, but they were very creamy, which she is not accustomed to.
Overall, great experience. Not sure I would go back on a Sunday.
Staff friendly, polite, knowledgeable. Service best it could be. Food well-prepared, presented, and very good.
Do not appreciate that a dog was allowed in the outdoor dining area; all customers are to be considered, not just those that must bring dogs everywhere.
Our time at Olive and Citrus was wonderful. The food was delicious as always. The service is always great. Our server was attentive and accommodating. She did a fantastic job. This is one of the best restaurants in town.
Nice place. They did mess up my reservation as I requested patio and they didn’t have one for us. Also out of some items, which isn't great for a high end restaurant. Food was excellent.
My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at Olive and Citrus, and the experience was phenomenal. Great atmosphere, delicious food and friendly service.
We’ve eaten here twice. It was almost perfect. Unfortunately both times, the service was slow and our orders inaccurate. We ordered the chilaquiles which comes with avocado and it arrived without it. We ordered shakshuka on the first visit, the bread was so good I ran out and order more half way through my meal. I ordered a side of the bread and it never came out. I had to ask for it again and that time it to too long and arrived once the remainder of the dish was cold. The second visit I ordered the shakshuka with extra bread. The order arrived without the extra side. I had to remind the waiter of the order and it arrived again when the remainder of the was cold. No sure what takes so long for the bread. Other than that, the food was delicious, the ambiance was great and the service was friendly.
There were 3 of us and we all got different items. My daughter really wanted the Chilaquiles but was afraid because no one in Redlands makes a good one. I told her to try it that she might be really surprised and since all of the other food she had gotten in the past was great it was a safe bet the Chilaquiles will be too, so she ordered it with the steak and said it was the best she has had. Thank you for a great meal and we will see you soon.
My wife and I absolutely love coming here when we can get a night away from the baby. Fantastic food and service every time.
Great service . Nice ambiance. Overpriced steak ($70 filet mignon), pasta was average. Drinks were good. Would not return.
Took two of my children for dinner. Had steaks and sides. Moscow mules were fine. Steaks a little over done. But all and all, had a nice meal. Service was great.
This was our second year for Easter and we ate there for Mother’s Day one year. We just really love the friendly staff and the whole experience! We have ate out and in all great! The food, the wine everything. We recommend Olive & Citrus. It is lovely!
Food was just ok, service was just ok. I struggle going here because my experiences are so mixed. The last 2 times I have gone 1-2 members of my party leave upset after having not enjoyed their food or service. The rest of the party has a great time though. Drinks are always 10/10 but not worth the price. Its Redlands not DTLA, I don't want to pay 14-15 dollars for a drink.
Service was excellence, as well as the food and drinks.
We were seated outside and our service was fast, pleasant and efficient. All the servers wore masks properly (except one who wore his below his nose.) The wine and food were excellent. Pricey ($18 for a glass of Chardonnay at lunch) but it felt special to be out again and we’re just so glad that Olive & Citrus is still here in spite of the pandemic. Kudos to the staff and management!
Olive and Citrus is always a treat. Good food and service.
Excellent food, service and ambience. Love the Craftsman architecture and restoration of this building. Beautiful woodwork. Will highly recommend to our friends. Were spending two days touring historic Redlands and found your listing on the best restaurants in Redlands.
Over priced, wife and sister-in-law was recommended a cocktail that was terribly. Servers were nice. Limited menu
Ambiance was pleasant; hostess relaxing (not feel rushed); Order steak and eggs (steak was tender; cooked medium and seasoned perfectly / eggs were cooked medium and seasoned well) with absolutely no need for any condiments / side potatoes were cooked and seasoned well. Also, order salmon benedict atop of a toast. Overall meal was balanced and seasoned perfectly. Price is definitely on the up-scale.
Perfect for Date Nights
Always an excellent meal and experience here. Greeted, sat and served promptly! I like the Jazzy music they play
Great place but overpriced
The first 2 courses were good, but the pasta dish was very undercooked. The heater on the patio was not working. So, it was very cold and the food ended up getting cold shortly after reaching the table.
Perhaps it had more to do with reopening pains after COVID restrictions were eased, but for for what the meal cost, the overall experience was disappointing.
