Food doesn't match the price point. Dry flatbread, undercooked couscous, no sides included for $50 lamb meal, salmon unseasoned. A hot terrace on a busy street.
Fish was good. Steak was good. Need better vegan options. Paella was not paella
Impeccable service worthy of a five-star experience, food with personality and flavors you'll remember, and a unique, perfect-sized menu with choices for everyone, that's what makes Olive & Citrus one of the best and most memorable IE restaurants.
Food is always delicious and the variety exceptional. They use a wood fired oven to perfection. Wait staff is attentive, the ambiance is conducive to conversations that do not need you to raise your voice to heard even when it is full. One my favorite places to go in Redlands and in So Cal.
Chef could not seem to figure out how to cook meat “medium.” All four meat entrees were dark-red rare. Even after sending one back it was still too rare. Manager, Sabine, was more interested in arguing than fixing the problem and taking ownership. I just wanted assurance she would coach the chef, but in the end, she decided to remove the corkage fee as a consolation. Anyone electing to dine at $50 a steak is not interested in receiving a discount. Just correct the problem.
One good point, our server, Tyler, and his assistant, Ferman, were both wonderful!
Brunch was amazing. Will be coming back again and again.
We ordered the burger medium well it came out bleeding. You couldn't touch it or pick it up with out blood coming out in excess. We sent it back and asked for it to be taken off and the manager kept pushing us to order another but it was so unappetizing I wasn't interested in anything else but for whatever reason she couldn't understand that. The pasta although delicious came in a tiny portion and wasn't $26.00 good and we did not realize why the waiter said to add bread with the pasta until it came out. Beautiful atmosphere but subpar for food.
Amazing. Was in the area for work and stopped by based on reviews. Food is AMAZING. Hamachi Crudo was delicious and so fresh. Also had the Wagyu Hanger Steak, and it was melt in your mouth good. Cocktails aren’t bad either.
I really enjoyed talking to the bartender and service was just awesome. I will definitely be coming back when I am back in the area for work
My husband and I decided to try this restaurant for our anniversary. We were not acknowledged that it was our anniversary even though I specified.
Overall a great place the food was good
I would recommend
The food here is excellent but this time the toast in my Avocado Toast entrée was so toasted it was almost impossible to cut through with my special knife. My tablemates were very pleased with their food.
We went to celebrate our anniversary; menu was extensive, service excellent, food delicious! I had the scallops risotto, my husband had the lamb chops - we were both very happy with our selection. Very nice atmosphere and I thought the Craftsman decor was lovely.
Had a wonderful birthday dinner. The drinks and the food was great.
Decor and service were outstanding. Server was very helpful and informative regarding the menu. I ordered the scallops with risotto. The scallops were delicious and well cooked, the risotto was both mushy and crunchy at the same time. The food quality does not warrant the high prices.
Food was great but our service was terrible. The server was very inattentive and the food came out at all different times.
My date had the Halibut and I had one of there steaks. They were both 'Throw your head back, close your eyes good"!
Drinks and staff were great, food was over priced! I dont mind spending that kind of money on dinner but portion size was a joke and my lamb chops were way over cooked. Dont see this place lasting another year.
I love this place. Easily the best restaurant in San Bernardino. I've been there for Lunch, I've been there for Dinner, I've been there for Brunch. All really really good.
The beautiful building, the freshest ingredients and the wonderful service makes this restaurant stand out from so many others. Fine dining without the pretense.
Wonderful food, unique menu especially in Redlands. Awesome desserts. Halibut tonight was great, the hangar steak and polenta really good. Wine is great selection, but priced high. Service good, but a bit slower tonight than usual. Be back as always to keep enjoying.
We love this restaurant! Second time here for brunch and food is delicious and service impeccable. We had Hanna as our server both times and she is friendly, knowledgeable about the menu items and attentive. Yesterday’s brunch was a French themed specialty menu celebrating Bastille Day. We had the tomato tarte tatin and eggs royale both delicious and well crafted. Oh and the bread and Normandy butter so yummy. Can’t wait to go back.
The food was amazing. The staff was superb! The atmosphere was elegant and up to date! We loved it!
Awesome food great service Tyler did a great job.. the steaks are cooked to perfection and the chicken tasted amazing ..
We were in from out of state and wanted a nice classy farm to table restaurant and Olive Citrus did not disappoint. It was a special occasion, our Anniversary. Everything was perfect.
We were greeted by a very nice young man who tended the bar, also. I was very impressed with the ambiance of the place. It was classically beautiful. The food was really good! I would go back in a heartbeat! The only exceptions I had were that we were seated by a pretty loud group directly behind us and it distracted the waitress. She had a hard time getting our order due to this. I really can't find this to be a fault of anyone at the restaurant. Next time we go, I'd like to go for dinner as we had Sunday brunch and I would love to try some of their other options.
Love this place. By far the best restaurant in San Bernardino
Olive to those of you soon to dine there, enjoy!
Food is just OK. Service is weak. Prices are a bit bloated. We came in for our anniversary and while were were told happy anniversary at checkin...we received no special recognition like a special desert etc which is surprising at this $$$ os a restaurant.
The food was very good and the location convenient and beautiful. I have been twice to this restaurant and both times the food has taken a very long time to arrive.
The service was good but server was not incredibly interested in our table, if timing was addressed it would be a very good experience indeed.
We celebrated our anniversary with our now adult children. The food was excellent, the service was excellent, great cocktails, and great atmosphere. However, bring the wallet lol.
Absolutely fabulous service, food and cocktails!!! This place just keeps getting better and better! Sabine has done a wonderful job with her team.
They got my order wrong but corrected it rather quickly. Otherwise an excellent experience.
This was our third time here. By far the best food experience. We had a later reservation so service was a little odd, but beyond that they continue to step up their food game, and restaurant is beautiful inside. Great with friends or date night. Wouldn't recommend with children
Service was lousy , lousy, lousy! Our waiter acted as if it wad his first day on the job and had no clue as to what he was suppose to do. Food was good, over priced for the service provided. This was our second time dining there. Do not plan to return.
Great ambiance, delicious and beautiful. Not cheap but you can taste and see the quality. Only complaint is that they should never run out of staples like house bread and breads for the meals. Maybe they should just make their own, it would probably be amazing like the rest of their food.
We had a lovely Father’s Day brunch, Hannah, our waitress, was awesome as always! We had the avocado toast, chilaquiles, sautéed potatoes, village bread, and French press coffee. Everything was fantastic, the service was great, not rushed at all.
Father’s Day brunch. All food was good, quiche crust was a little well done, but tasted ok. We did not get plates with the bread appetizer, which would have been good as they served macerated strawberries. The French toast is a small serving but delicious. All eggs are served sunny side up unless you request something different. Overall, nice ambiance with good service. Will go back.
We were very pleasantly surprised at the ambiance, the service and food.
Certainly look forward to returning again and again.
Would be hard pressed to compare it with many places in the South land much less the Inland Empire.
Good food and great service
What a lovely place to take out of state guests! The restaurant is beautiful. The food was unique and delicious. Our server was knowledgeable and attentive. We will be back.
Excellent experience for my family. The food was awesome.... everything was awesome. Everything and anything you order will be great. Hats off to the chef. The manager is so gracious and welcoming. Thank you!
