   Food was good! We got the Carne E Formaggio (with the Prosciutto Di Parma) and the Caesar Salad to start. The prosciutto was delicious but the salad could have used a little bit of crushed black pepper on top and would have added a little bit more flavor but overall really good. We got the Chittara Alla Carbonara and Ravioli Ai Funghi as our mains. The carbonara was really creamy and the guanciale on it added good flavor, it could have used a little more cheese. The ravioli was delicious! They are packed with mushroom (I loved that there was a ton of filling!!) and the fresh tomatoes on it added an extra level of freshness. It could have used a little more salt. The tiramisu was delicious, you could taste the amaretto and the mascarpone was so fresh! The service was okay. We were waiting for quite a while for the server to come to the table once we sat down and later on between courses and to get us our check. The manager was walking around the room constantly and did come check in with us which we always appreciate! There are people walking around to fill up waters which was nice!

   The manager Chad, walked me through the newest menu items and I got to try the mushroom ravioli. It was light and beautifully presented!

   We started with a happy hour cocktail at the bar and then were seated at a nice table and had Anthony again as our server. The appetizers and entrees were all very good, the service very good, and the atmosphere very nice! It was quite busy, so a little loud, but not too much so. Overall, an excellent evening!

   I’m a frequent diner at Olio. I tried the salmon dish this evening and it was really well delivered. The skin was crispy, fish cooked nicely, and the purée tied the protein and veggies together. The kitchen and staff were timely with my orders. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

   Great Open Table rating so we wanted to try. Staff was very welcoming and it was a nice spring evening so the giant windows were slid open. Bottles of wine, mostly Italian imports, were half price, so we opted for a nice red blend. “Sorry, we’re out”. Ok. How about this blend? “Sorry, we’re out”. On the third try I found one, which was delicious. The server never offered a recommendation. We slit the burrata salad, which was delicious and our main dishes soon followed. The branzino dish was tasty, the fish still warm. However, the carbonara was served less than warm. Who was on the window with one last look before serving? I suspect the dish sat while waiting for the branzino. Staff offered to replace, however to save time, how about the Caesar salad? Again, disappointing. Bagged Romain with tasteless dressing although shaved parm on top was plentiful. Staff credited the carbonara and salad, so we will be back.

    The service was exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Our waitress, Emily stood out with her patient and engaging explanation of each dish on the menu, all delivered with a delightful sense of humor. We absolutely loved her! The food was uniquely seasoned and full of rich, balanced flavors, and the drinks and wine selection were equally impressive. A fantastic dining experience—highly recommended!
