    The Stewart Family Proprietors' Dining Room is adjacent to our Wine Tasting Room and offers seating for up to 36 guests and a stand up event of up to 50 guests. This technically equipped facility is an exceptional venue for private, corporate, or family events as well as wine-related tours. The window surrounded dining room provides a spectacular view of the vineyard and Lake Okanagan. Guests can enjoy the late day breeze of Okanagan Lake from the terrace balcony off the private dining room. Other private function options are available as well. Our Quails' Gate wines, hand-crafted by wine maker Ross Baker, are available along with a choice of group menu options which reflect the fresh regional cuisine of our Winery Chef, Roger Sleiman.

    I booked this time to celebrate Mothers Day. My exceptions were exceeded. The ambiance is the best in Kelowna with the view. The food surpasses expectation in flavour and cost. Oh wait - and then there is the wine pairings. Exceptional. I have one more to add - service. Wow. It’s been a while since reviewing quality service - from everyone. Whomever trained the team is old school - and it is much appreciated. Overall - can’t wait to go back.

    We’ve been going to old vines for a couple of years now and it’s our favorite restaurant. I had the lamb shanks and it’s excellent! We’re also members and the welcome wine rose was very good! Service was excellent as well .

    View was excellent but service and food were mediocre. 1) Food (main entree) took forever to arrive even the table patrons that came after us got their main course earlier than us. Also, the sides took another while after the main dish arrival - overall major disappointment 2) Overall food presentation and preparation were bad too, food was not hot and plating was too fuzzy, not allowing the ingredients to speak for itself - taste was also not good Overall, bad experience, will not recommend!

    Frederick our server was great. Food was delicious. Venue is beautiful. Wine was delicious. As quail gate members we got a glass of rose to start our night. A top notch dining establishment.
