We went for weekend brunch and the food was AMAZING! Will definitely return!!
Great selection and choice of draft beers. Nice, manageable, tasty and good value menu items.
Great place for a business lunch, great service and a really good menu. I would recommend it for another meeting.
great service and overall great food, however my burger was ordered as medium and looked more medium rare or rare and my boyfriend agreed. It was mostly pink
Great service and food
Restaurant followed Covid protocols. Felt very comfortable. Service was great! Smoked Mac and cheese was delicious, my husband had a cheeseburger, a little over cooked. Overall, great night!
Food was great, service was welcoming and accommodating, Jill made amazing drinks! Ambiance was just right!
Great vibe is back from our Oak Brook favorite. So good to see things ramping back up. Clearly this restaurant was caring for everyone's personal sense of safety. Manager Jeremy stopped by our table to see how we were enjoying our evening and we told him all was good with our server Arielle(?) taking excellent care of us. What I didn't share was that I thought the music mix coming over the speakers was conversationally challenging--- too loud--- and didn't have enough variety to satisfy the broader demographic that was present the evening we were there. But overall OTPH showed us exceptional hospitality.
Amishe our sever was wonderful And very accommodating! Food was quick and excellent
Great atmosphere, good service, good food
Everything was great! The waitress was on point with everything!
Great Friday night dinner with the fam. Service was fantastic!
We had a great time! Felt very safe and comfortable. Food was great and service was fast. There were other people there and we were at a safe distance from them. Thanks!!
Great food. Service was just OK. Fairly pricey.
Everything was on point! Great food and amazing staff, what more can you ask for?!?!
I love this place great food
My experience at old Town was very nice. Ambience was nice, social distancing in place. Just overall glad to get back go normal
We had a great lunch. Great Burger! Perfect to catch up with an old friend.
We have been going to the Pour House for many years and have always truly enjoyed the service and food. This time, the service was very slow, we had to get up to get our water. Totally understand the circumstance as it seemed there was not enough staff and there were a lot of customers.
The Pour House website said there was valet parking which we need due to my mother being 93 years old. My husband waited for valet for 10 minutes and no one came and ended up parking himself which is difficult for him to walk a far distance.
We will definitely be back when the weather gets better!
Rock n roll brunch is a blast! Food and drinks are so good...and the names are hilarious!!! Highly recommend!!!
Not a good experience at all. They need to be more in tune with their reservations policy. We were there on time for ours and they allowed a table to sit open for 35mins because that party was 35mins LATE for their reservations while we were there on time, and they would not seat us. 35 MINUTES LATE FOR THEIR RESERVATIONS! Who dies that?!? Plus, our server was very short with us and rude. The food was cold when we finally received it. Won’t be going back.
They were able to seat us right away, and they accommodated my special food request. :)
Great selection of craft beers for everyone! Food was pretty good too.
Our food was delicious! Our server was great! We had 2 appetizers- pretzel bites and cheese curds. Both were delicious. My friend had the fish tacos and I had the crispy chicken sandwich. So good! We shared the Snickers pie for dessert. It’s made in house and just phenomenal! The manager visited our table twice and thanked us for our business and support.
Sat us in back corner in a pretty sterile and weird location. No vibe. Thus on top of feeling left out from rest of restaurant, also almost impossible to get servers attention. Otherwise it would’ve been good. Food was decent. Drinks ok.
Our server was A+! Food was excellent as well.
Even though they had a limited menu due to COVID, the food was exceptional. Best burger I think I've ever had. Staff was always checking on you, while keeping a mask on and social distancing as well. We were very happy with our experience.
Sad to see how covid is affecting restaurants now. Glad to see that the staff is staying upbeat & positive. Good food, drinks & weekday spot!
It’s me and my wife’s first time at old town pour house. We were seated quickly and everyone was very attentive to us great place good food
Sat on patio it was a bit chilly and they offered hospital style blankets for your use. Food was great and service as well. We sat for hours felt almost normal.
The food and covid precautions great, but my biggest takeaway from my experience was the awesome service we received.
Overall the food took too long and wasn’t up to par. Waitress had too many tables and wasn’t around as often . Food was cold
The service was great even with all of the restrictions from covid. The staff did everything to make it feel “normal “. Great experience.
Server was very attentive. Sat on patio on s beautiful evening. Food was good but variety of menu choices was limited.
Nice and comfortable considering the ongoing COVID precaution.
It was a beautiful day to sit outside. Our server was attentive and the food was great.
My steak was over cooked, my eggs were overcooked and my potatoes were under cooked
On the patio, lunch with old friends traveling through in their RV along with one well behaved golden doodle. Our waiter brought treats for the dog and a bowl of water. Great service, love the fish tacos! I’m meeting another friend for lunch on Friday and just booked again! Love the Pour House- one of the few spots to get Dragons Milk!
Good food and service.
