Our experience was excellent. It never disappoints and we get this same consistency every time we visit which is why we keep coming back! The food and service is ALWAYS a 10, and we experience this no matter the day or time of the week. Thank you so much! We greatly appreciate it!

I do not like restaurants that have credit card surcharges or extra surcharges for staff benefits. Pay your employees a decent wage and build the operating costs into your overall menu offerings and prices. I left a 25% CASH gratuity for my bill, however these new systems you have to select "No tip." My server was very appreciative of the gratuity left. While I enjoyed my visit, Pour House won't be at the top of my list because of policies like this.

Salmon portion was extremely small and therefore extremely overpriced! More importantly the salmon was overcooked, hard, and dry. AVOID the salmon!! I sent that plate back and ordered a burger-asked for medium cook. It came back well done! At that point I asked to speak to the manager. He was very polite and professional. He took the burger and salmon off my bill. He also brought back a medium cooked burger which was delicious. The margaritas we ordered were very good. The Nashville hot nachos were delicious. The fried pickles were ok. I’ve had better but they weren’t bad. Others had the fish and chips and they said they were good. We ordered 2 steaks; one was cooked perfectly and the other one was overcooked so that was returned but came back cooked correctly. The mashed potatoes were fair. The broccolini were good. The fingerling potatoes were oily. Overall the restaurant is fair. I might return for the nachos and margaritas.

Food and Service are consistently excellent. Our server, Sergio, always recognizes us and welcomes us back. Sergio is very attentive and friendly and gives us excellent service!

Great night to sit on the outside patio. Service was prompt, good quality food and fun overall atmosphere. We had drinks and an assortment of appetizers. The staff didn't rush us but was available when needed for drink orders and the check.
