These young children were in the booth beside our booth and were leaning over as we were eating out food. That was distracting. My husband had to talk to their parents but it would have been better for the wait staff to recognize the situation and address it, so we, as patrons, wouldn’t have to worry about it. Other than that, our waitress was very friendly and served us with a smile, and the food was tasty.
Lauren is a fantastic server! She made the experience.
Hi there, I'm glad you had a nice time at Old Town Pour House! I will be sure to pass your compliments on to Lauren. - Staley
The best thing about this place is that it offers something for everyone. It’s not such a bar feel that the just under 21 member of our party felt out of place. But it’s enough of a bar feel that you can imbibe and enjoy yourself. The food is always excellent. It’s served at the perfect temps and it’s tasty; seasoned well - not bland. And thank God they’ve got the Impossible Burger back.
Hi there, we're glad you had a great time at Old Town Pour House! We look forward to having you and your whole crew back again soon! :) - Staley
We happened upon this restaurant while on vacation. It EXCEEDED our expectations! All of our meals were incredible, especially the cauliflower appetizer! We would DEFINITELY eat here again when we’re back in town!
Hi Heather, I'm so glad you hear you had a great time at Old Town Pour House! We look forward to seeing you again! :) - Staley
Lively atmosphere with plenty of outside seating too. Tons of craft beers for the beer lover. Try the filet mignon sliders!
Our waitress was very adorable and attentive at first. Then we didn't see her for over 30 minutes. We then waited and waited and waited for our check. Maybe for another 30 minutes or more! It was strange b/c it wasn't at all busy and we didn't see her anywhere. The food was yummy and we would come back but again, kind of strange.....
My experience at Pour House was awesome! It wasn’t too busy, the music selection was actually great & not to mention the food was amazing. I tried the impossible burger for the first time and it was made to perfection! Can’t wait to come back! :)
Hi Morgan, I'm glad you had a great time at Old Town Pour House! Come back again soon! :) - Staley
Too many TVs, not great if you just want to talk.
Took Bethany over a half hour to take my food order. Then the food was wrong when delivered. Bad service without an apology.
We reserved a table and it was just what we wanted and waiting even though we arrived early. The food and drinks were promptly served-great setting to watch FIFA soccer as we had requested.
Hi Burke, I'm glad you enjoyed your visit to Old Town Pour House! Come back again soon! - Staley
Limited menu. Service wasn't great. our server asked if he should bring the check while two people still had half a plate full and eating. We got the check in the middle of our dinner and felt rushed to finish and leave.
My daughter and I both ordered the same shrimp Salad and both got sick. Will not be returning!

Good Food / Good Beer for a Good Time. Sat inside but seating outside was great too
Old Town food used to be very good. This time was not. We ordered two appetizers: Mushroom flat bread and Filet Minion sliders., something we had ordered in the past. neither were tasty. In fact the server was nice enough to replace the sliders, still the meat was not filet minion.
The gentleman server was very nice and friendly

I recommend this place only for the craft beer selection, which is outstanding (competes with Yard House), well described, and well categorized. Tons of options! However, the food (fair enough menu but taste and quality underwhelming) and ambience (very loud, made worse by all the huge tv screens playing sports) hold this place back.
Fantastic food and service.

We asked for two burgers, one medium and one medium well, both came made rare, almost raw, and cold. We have eaten the same burgers here before and thought they were delicious, but this time they were a complete failure (and the place was not even crowded, so we couldn’t think of an explanation other than it must have been a different, less than a experienced cook made them!)
Everything was awesome. Our family is sometimes a little crazy but we were taken care of.

Took my three boys and brother/wife to Old Town Pour House for a night of food, drinks and Playoff Hockey. It was a great atmosphere and the waitress was very friendly & attentive. I will be back!

The firecracker roll was extremely spicy and over powered everything else. It was good however if the spice can be toned down then you have a great product
Hi there, I'm glad you liked the Firecracker Roll—I will pass your feedback on to our chefs! Thanks for visiting Old Town Pour House! - Staley
Other than not checking us in on open table to receive credit for our reservation all else was good.
The Old Town Pour House published menu (on-line and hard copy) list Impossible Burger as a menu item. Upon attempting to order that item from the menu we were advised that it is not available and has not been available for some time. Waiter also noted that their management has been aware that the Impossible Burger is not available but has failed to remove it from the menu.
Having made reservations, drove to the parking garage, walked to the restaurant, stood in line to be seated, served drinks (water) ---i.e. wasted a significant amount of time and energy ---and then been told that the menu selection was not available, has not been available "since Burger King bought Impossible Burger," and having to leave there on a Friday night with no reservations elsewhere, I think the readers can understand why I can't possibly recommend this place to anyone else.
Hi Samuel, I'm very sorry to hear you had a disappointing experience at Old Town Pour House. Unfortunately, there is a shortage of Impossible Burgers nationwide, and we are sorry to have not communicated this to you sooner. We have removed the Impossible Burger from our menus until the product is available again to avoid further confusion. As soon as it's back, we hope that you'll give us another chance. Thanks for providing your feedback. - Staley
We have been to the Pour house before but were disappointed this time. The restaurant A/C was turned down too cold . I was seated below an A/C vent and had freezing air blasting me. I asked to be moved to one of two tables nearby but was told they were reserved. (my table was also reserved). I noticed that one of the other tables was never occupied. The server was poor. She handed us menus and immediately asked if we wanted a drink , when we said we needed a minute she came back she expected us to place our full order. She then forgot one of the drinks. My glass of wine was presented in a small carafe with no glass, like I was going to drink from the carafe. The food took over 3/4 hour to bring out despite a simple order of burgers and tacos. Food was ok. Burger lacked flavor. My fish taco had good fish but lacked condiments and were served on a limp soggy taco that fell apart when you tried to pick it up. We asked for ketchup and they did not bring it, prompting us to have to call the waitress over again. She never offered to refill my wife's soft drink which was an entire glass of ice to begin with. With so many dining options in this area why go back?

Great sports bar. So, so many beers, enough that even wavering beer types can find a good pour.
Food delivered hot and tasty. Service was prompt. Enjoyed experience
Hi Rich, I'm glad you had a nice time at Old Town Pour House! Come back again soon! - Staley
Food is always good here. Ordered a burger, medium, came out well done. Only complaint. Everything else was great.
Outstanding food and great staff. Would love to try the beers next time but didn't get the chance because it was during work hours :(.
Great place to watch the Final Four! And having a DJ for commercials is legit.
Hey Ryan! Thanks for watching the games with us, we're glad you had fun! :) - Staley
We all enjoyed our meals, especially the St Patrick’s Day options. Great selection of beer. Had a great table and perfect service. Two of our party had to be off by a certain time, and we had a one and a half year old known for a limited amount of patience. Our server brought his meal first and ours weren’t far behind it so all was good. It was early on Sunday so the noise level was fine. Enjoyed it a lot and plan to return when back in town.
Hi Julie, I'm glad you had a nice time at Old Town Pour House! We look forward to seeing you again soon! - Staley
Great place to watch sports, good beer. I thought the music was too loud to have conversations. The server got one of our entrees wrong and I imagine it was because she couldn't hear us talking. They took it off our bill and we had to wait for a replacement meal. But overall good food and good experience.
Valerie is the best server there!
Hi Elynn, I'll pass your compliments on to Valerie! We're so glad you had a nice time at Old Town Pour House! - Staley
Service very good - professional, prompt and friendly, Accommodates food allergies very welll. Pretty noisy.
Good food, good service, get ready to shout to be heard.
Very nice meal! The mushroom flat bread was crispy with great mushroom flavors and caramelized onions. Salmon entree was nicely cooked and Impossible burger served "scorpion" style was tasty. Waiter was helpful and beer choices were good although we're always confused about the size of the beers, never sure what you will get. It's essentially a sports bar so always loud and lots of TVs showing different sports.
This is a fun lively place to go on a date if you like rock and roll, sports and want to try a bunch of new beers. You can make up your own tasting flights. The appetizers are really good and the service is attentive. The music got a bit loud at some points but we could hear each other and we had a good time.
Would be fun for a group too.
Great food even with a small menu. Fast service. Not the place to go if you’re looking for somewhere quiet.
Overall good experience. Menu a bit limited, but good. Good food, service. A little noisy.
Everything about the place was wonderful; from the food, to the staff and especially the beers they have to offer. The average price range for the food is $15 to $25, so definitely not a place I can frequent as often as I'd like. But, hey. It's a place I would be willing to save up for again.
Fun place for happy hour and great bar food. Super polite and nice staff!!!
Great gathering venue! Space was comfortable and low noise level.
