Just amazing. Everything was amazing. So much that you should just go and experience yourself and write a more detailed review than me.
Old Soul opened up for Valentines Day and they did not disappoint! As usual, the service was amazing and the food was even better. We tried a few different cocktails and they were all delicious especially the Oliver Puddin and the Valentines Day special! Old Soul is one of our favorite downtown spots and we can’t wait to come back!
Amazing food and service! I’ve been in the service industry over 20 years and they reminded me of why I love it so much. It was beyond outstanding!
Everything we ordered on the menu was a 10. This is truly a gem in Las Vegas with delicious food and a great ambience.
Do not let the current menu deter you! We actually made reservations for the ayce fried chicken dinner. Apparently that was cancelled 2 weeks prior and we were not informed. Anyhow, we were super excited for the chicken as we had gotten it from previous pop-ups and it's so, so, so good. Got to Old Soul and no chicken, kinda sad but definitely not disappointed. My kids split the pork chop dinner and mac and cheese side. They said they were the best pork chops ever! (Whatever, mine are good too, I'm sure). My husband got the meatloaf, I got the flatiron steak that I shared with my littlest, we both devoured it! The side of the cajun corn is a must and the collards are an always for us. And, there was absolutely no need for dessert but we got the milk and cookies and peach cobbler anyhow. Which come to find out, the kids did in fact need those. Oh, and we got a "coffee" drink as our dessert....not sure if there was any coffee in it at all but holy smokes was it good! It was martini-ish, the bartender mentioned something about vodka and it had a sugar rim and I went deaf after that. Amazing. So, even though the menu has changed and liver and onions is an option...pretty sure that's good too...its still a great experience.
This was the second time we’ve been to Old Soul. The place is amazing. The food and drinks are fantastic. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend going there.
Great service, food, & experience!! Will be back and recommend! But please add a Pinot Grigio to your wine options!
A little dark for us seniors but flashlights are ready and available. Food excellent as always. Could still be eating the corn!
Our servers were really nice; but overly attentive (everyone was too quick to clear everything from the table when we were still eating). Unfortunately, the food wasn’t particularly tasty. I’ve liked this restaurant in the past...maybe they just need to get back in their groove. $85 not well spent (in my opinion)
I'm a long time fan of Natalie's other restaurant Eat, and Old Soul doesn't disappoint. It has all the qualities of a great restaurant - good food, good atmosphere, and good service. Dinner was spectacular and we will be returning soon!
Unique restaurant with excellent food and service to match.
We loved the atmosphere and the service was superb
The space is incredible, matched by great food and drink. The staff is attentive and the playlist was Devine. Now everyone should absolutely check this place out, but please not on my nights so it stays just as it is. Thank you all.
A wonderful ambience greets you at the entrance and through out. The service was impeccable and the cuisine was so favorable but not over the top. The desserts were delicious but not overly sweet. What a great time we had at Old Soul.
Loved Old Soul. It was exactly what we’ve been looking for. A place with delicious food, ambiance, character, choice of music played I loved plus you can actually hold a conversation with each other. I’m super excited to go back.
Arrived early and sat at the bar. Had a cocktail while we waited for the rest of our party to arrive. We were sat and our sever was great. He gave good recommendations. Our sever stayed on top of keeping water and drinks coming. We got around to ordering some fried oysters which were deliciously cooked. Also ordered the shrimp cocktail which was very good as well. Then we ordered the short rib risotto, pork chops and meatloaf all were very delicious. We shared some Mac and cheese and Creole street corn. Then to finish it all off we shared the bread pudding.
Definitely recommend this place. Great for meetings as it’s good food, not loud and the ambience is just right.
This was our first experience at Old Soul. The service, the ambiance, and the food were all great. We will be recommending it to our friends and are looking forward to our next visit!
Just a overall awesome place and great staff. It was my second time there and totally enjoyed it.
Very nice place and all of staff were very friendly. The food was great beer was cold I would highly recommend Old Soul.
Loved this place! We were in Vegas for a Birthday weekend. We are ate at Eat for breakfast and met Chef Natalie. She told us about Old Soul, we had to try it also. So glad we got to experience both places. Great food and atmosphere. The collar greens and artichoke dip was amazing. I had the fried catfish po’boy it was delicious!
Great service. Great food. Ambience is really chill. I would definitely recommend for a business meeting.
Dinner was
Valentines Day and 1 year anniversary for Old Soul. Live music and vegan ice cream vendor. Wonderful evening.
Hard to find and no self parking - that's the only bad news. Great food and atmosphere. Cauliflower appetizer was the highlight of the meal. Pork chops great, short rib was good but somewhat flavorless. Dessert - peach cobbler was also great. Drinks were unusual and strong. We were there on a night when nothing was happening at the Smith Center, and only 4 tables were occupied. Music was a little loud for so few customers. Overall we highly recommend Old Soul
I loved this place from the moment that we walked in and were greeted by extremely friendly staff. The decor is like stepping back into the 1920s, but with some modern touches, and you can tell a lot of love has gone into the details. We chose to sit at the bar and were taken care of very well by our awesome bartender Nick. He made sure that we had everything we needed. The food was delicious comfort food. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
Food was good but service wasn’t.
Old Soul was perfect! The food was amazing, the staff was excellent, the signature libations were original and the atmosphere had a classic speak easy/rustic feel that made me feel like I was in a movie set. The music was delightful and made me want to sing and sway in my seat. I will definitely be back!
This is the best kept secret in LV! Highly recommend.
The food and service were so good. The menu was smart and the drinks were fun.
Hint - try the pickled eggs!
The only downside was the parking. The signage was not very clear and we walked around the entire building to get inside.
Great night out for New Year’s Eve!
Music was terrific; service great and food was delicious!
We had a delicious meal in a beautiful restaurant with wonderfully attentive staff. This was a A+ dining experience and I will definitely come back.
Excellent service and food.
The service is always top notch, but we had the pleasure of meeting a marvelous manager named Samuel. Ever excellent restaurant should have a Samuel !!
From not ever being in this almost 1 year old restaurant to going 2x this week, Im so glad to find this gem. Was dining with friends during my last visit and Chef Natalie was so great and cooked a special vegan with cheese meal (mushroom/truffle risotto, YUM). It was one of the best things Ive ever eaten!
A favorite haunt in downtown Las Vegas, tucked into the World Market Center campus like a secret speakeasy!
A quaint establishment within a commercial space. The host was ever attentive with seating, assisting the servers, and busing the tables. Our water glasses were always watched and refilled often. I gentle reminder to the server that we wanted to enjoy the evening was required to slow down the processing of ordering.
The food was good, but one of our meals was far too much to eat - the game hens. It came on a platter twice the size of the other meals ordered - and included 3 sides (cornbread, coleslaw, and 3 small ears of corn). It was a comically large plate and the food on it was akin to a SoCal region restaurant, Claim Jumper.
At the end of our evening, we ordered 3 desserts and a french press of coffee. The dessert came - they were just as you'd expect from a place called "Old Soul" - but the coffee did not. 5 minutes after we had eaten the last bite of our desserts, we cancelled the coffee order. Also missing a bar order and a refill on 1 soft drink
According to my dinner companions, the restaurant chef/owner was in the dining area. When their table was being served - ALL other service to the surrounding table stopped.
Best "before the show" restaurant when attending the Smith Center.
Excellent restaurant. Hard to find due to all the construction but a great place. It looks like a speakeasy from the 1920’s. Food, service and ambiance is excellent
The meatloaf was amazing! And the drinks are so tasty!
Food was excellent. Really enjoyed the meal, ambiance was great. Best cauliflower I’ve ever tasted and the fish was excellent. Overall my group enjoyed the dining experience.
