Old Salt Marketplace is equal parts Meatshop, Deli and Supperhouse.
The Meatshop proudly offers the finest meat available, period. Everything is made in-house, beginning with whole animals from Oregon’s best farmers and ranchers. Our expert butchers keep the meat case full with everything from rib-eyes to roasts.
The Supperhouse, named Willamette Week's 2014 runner up restaurant of the year, is fueled by a wood-fired hearth where the aforementioned meats share center stage with seasonal produce sourced from growers that take pride in their work. Paired with one of your favorites from our extensive list of libations, you can enjoy any experience between a quick bite and drink to a multi-course feast. Try our "Let Us Cook for You" option, and trust us to build your meal!

Our Carver Room, behind our main kitchen, features a beautiful, rustic environs. We can comfortably seat up to 36 in cooler months, but, with our roll-up door and covered patio, can host up to 70 in warmer months. We have facilities to build virtually any experience you desire. We host regular classes, built into meals, team-building exercises, and large gatherings, tailored to the vision of our guests. We also host group who simply want to enjoy our "Let Us Cook for You" Supperhouse menu in a more intimate space.
