   Food was delicious and very fresh. Small little place with music. Definitely loud but cheerful. Seemed short staffed but ever place is these days and server was very sweet. Owners walking around helping. Very family vibe. I’ll def return

   Overall the food was pretty good, but the service was sub par. We were there for 2 hours with 30-35 minutes of our time was due to waiting for our server to check on us.

   Tried for the first time. Very attentive service . Reasonably priced meals. Friends had a couple of the Cuban specials and said they were good… large portions. Fish entrees were ok. Unrushed. We were able to sit and chat for an extended time and not pressured to leave

    Restaurant should probably update their hours and reservations. Reserved for 730 but as soon as we walked in we were rushed and told kitchen closes in 15 minutes. The hospitality was poor and we were the only ones there so I guess they wanted to go home. After dealing with that we literally drank a sprite and left. Luckily the area has a lot of choices and we ended up having an amazing night with great food and amazing cocktails just a couple steps away. Too bad they lost good patrons over poor hospitality and rushing us.

    Amazing, authentic food! Everything was prepared beautifully and was delicious. We can't wait to go back. Our favorite was the Octopus appetizer special, Yuca appetizer, Skirt Steak.

    Old Havana is a hidden gem! The atmosphere is wonderful, the staff friendly and accommodating, especially the owner, Patricia. She is a fantastic hostess. The food was outstanding! We will definitely be going back, found a new favorite Cuban restaurant.

    We had a great experience. This was our second time at the restaurant and once again we are beyond happy. We came to celebrate my birthday. I had the bistec encebollado. What an amazing flavor. My husband had the rabo encendido and he loved it. There was enough food left over for us to have a second dinner at home! Lol. The coconut flan is a must try! It’s was amazing as well. We are very please with the service of our waitress and the restaurant as a whole. We look forward to going again very soon. Thank you for having such a wonderful authentic restaurant!

    Flew in to visit my family in New Jersey, and I was craving Authentic Cuban food. We all agree that this restaurant is outstanding when comes to the food, service, and entertainment. The owner Patricia greeted us and seated us to our table. She and our server went above and beyond to cater to our request. I only have one critic, the restaurant is small and it was pack on a Sunday. She was turning patrons away because she had no place to put them. The live Cuban Band was exceptional. We will definitely be dining here again next time I am back in town.

    Came here based on the reviews and was extremely disappointed. The yuca fries were super dry and the garlic mojo had zero flavor. The paella was more like soup.

    Old Havana is the best Cuban restaurant in or around Westfield. It got the seal of approval from my 80 year-old Cuban-born mother. The maduros are creamy in the inside and some of the best I’ve ever had. The white rice and black beans are also fantastic. We had the skirt steak which was also tender and flavorful. The empanadas are great as are the croquetas. The restaurant itself is very small and intimate. It gives you the opportunity to meet and socialize with other patrons, if that’s your thing. BYO Rum and they will set up a delicious Mojito or Daiquiri for you. I look forward to coming back time and again.

    Very good, authentic food. But, as opposed to the real Havana, be prepared for a lot of food. Upon seeing the plate, our reaction was "Some of this is going home!" A nearby table said the same of their meals. Both of us had nothing to leave with as the taste was just too good to postpone until later. We plan to return when in the area. Note: we were there for an early week late lunch. The Noise Level Rating may not be accurate for a bustling weekend dinner.

    The bad: Ran out of bread at 7:30 on a Saturday night and VERY short staffed and inexperienced. The good: Everything else. We shared the empañadas and roast pork with sweet plantains and rice with black beans. Large portion and well prepared. Will definitely return. ps. Didn’t need the bread, after all.
