I loved the vibe but our service wasn't the greatest and food was cold!

Tldr: Don't plan on going following a Texas game.

We wanted to grab dinner and drinks for a couple of hours before a show of Lincoln Hall and I'd liked all of my visits of OGS in the past- seemed like a no-brainer. Our reservation was right around when the Texas game ended and it was pretty wild (perfectly fine, I'm a huge college football fan and totally get it). Service was pretty slow but we weren't rushing so all good. My primary issue was that once the game ended, the DJ started... at 6:30. It was louder than any bar/club/concert I've ever been to, and my husband and I eventually gave up trying to talk since we couldn't yell any louder and there was no chance of hearing one another. We ate and watched another game in silence (not counting the raging nightclub music) and were told in the middle of our meal that we needed to cash out because our server wanted to go home. Also not an issue, as I've been in her shoes, but it was super pushy and I don't really enjoy being told what to do while being mid-bite. She ran my card and brought it back in the span of about 27 seconds, which was definitely the most attention given to anything throughout our visit. Another server never came by to offer more drinks or check on the table, even though the initial server said there would be someone available, so we gave up waiting and went to the bar. Should have done that from the very beginning because the experience was infinitely better once we moved.

Went here after seeing an Instagram post about it. Went with friends and we were all very disappointed.
Immediately when walking in, we got the feeling of being at a college hang out spot. The first table we sat at was very wobbly and waitress spilled water over my friend. We asked to be moved to a booth, no napkins were provided to my friend to dry her off.
We ordered and our drinks finally arrived. My friend and I ordered slushees - they were all melted, definitely more water than slushee consistency.
We ordered food and not all of our food arrived on time, so our friend (who had water spilled on her) had to wait for her food and ask the waitress about it.

Overall, this may be more of a college hang out, or a pregame hang out. Not what any of us expected, won’t be coming back.

Overpriced vodka tower with just majority of ice in it...service was crap, our table literally had to get up in order to get/pay our bill. (Mind you it wasn’t even busy)

I have been there before and had no issues with service. However, this time, the waitress rarely came to our table, lied about having mimosa towers, didn’t explain why they’re out of said towers, gave me the wrong boozee slushee, and was clearly being more attentive to other customers. It took longer than most restaurants for three people to get simple appetizers. My previous experience was great so I was disappointed by the service I received this time. No issues with food or drinks.

Had to order food and drinks from the bar because no server ever came to our table. We were there for 2 hours and flagged down multiple servers to ask who ours was and never got an answer. Bar staff was great and delivered food to our table

Upon first arriving, I was extremely excited to sit on the patio and enjoy brunch. We were sat at a table in between two parties with dogs (cute, right?). The server took over ten minutes to get to our table. We ordered the chicken and waffle bites and curly fries which were absolutely delicious, along with the unlimited mimosa package. The package is a great deal, except the servers were never around to refill. The entrees we ordered (burrito, breakfast sandwich, and biscuits and gravy) were all lack luster. Halfway through our meals, we realized there was dog hair on all of our entree plates and also in our mimosa pitcher. We waited fifteen minutes for a server to be available, and ultimately decided to get the check instead of asking for a new pitcher. The idea of dog friendly is great, but dog hair in food and drinks was repulsing, and there was no server to rectify the situation. Overall, I would not recommend.

Good bar food apps and vibrant vibe. Wanted to sit outside and play with the huge connect four game but they had a private event. Flatbreads are pretty big and the Mac n cheese is really good!!

It was actually way less crowded than I expected. We were able to choose our table.
Our server went above and beyond when I asked for an iced coffee, supplying me with copious amounts of ice and whipped cream.
The eggs on the benedicts (my friend had the BBQ pork & I had the heirloom tomato) were just slightly overdone, but still delicious. We all cleaned our plates. We also got the mimosa flight which was great! I would definitely eat here again.

From the moment we walked in, service was terrible. We had a reservation for 10 which turned out to be 8 and I let the waitress know upfront. She insisted on giving pushing two small tables together for 8 of us which would comfortably sit 6 people only, with plates and drinks included. I asked her for an extra table and she insisted that they were fully booked and could only accommodate us with two tables. I reminded her that our party was for 10 so rightfully we would have needed 3 tables at the very least. She then told me, "but you told me you only had 8 coming... I'll need to get a manager approval." Eventually we got the third table thankfully since the remaining 2 or our 10 ended up showing up.

Service to our table was extremely slow, it was never as packed or booked just as she had mentioned earlier. We ordered bottomless mimosas and most all the tables had the big tall beer pourers we were hoping to get, even tables of 4, instead, we were given 2 carafes. It was ridiculous. Clearly she had an issue with our table from the get go.

Food: Food was delicious, at least the items they got right. They messed up one of the orders.

We may have winged it without a reservation. We got there, the place was empty and our table was NOT even ready, this on top of the eye roll greeting we received. Not necessary.

This place looks so cool and has awesome artwork on the walls. Was excited to have a good night with friend visiting. Drinks were good, the Brittany Speargria is very tiny for $10. Our Fried Chicken Nachos came out with no chicken....? Solution was bringing out a plate of cut up fried chicken.... which took about 15-20 mins to notify server and for her to bring out chicken .... we were already half way into the nachos by the time it came out.... super weird vibe after that. Then we ordered the buffalo chicken flatbread to split and it was not what we expected at all. There was like chewy yellow pieces on the pizza that seemed to be like melted corn and it had a gummy texture. Sad to say I will probably never be coming back, I really wanted to like this place.

I came to OGS for my boyfriend's birthday with 8 of our friends because it seemed like a fun place to bring a group. I have never written a review for anything, but felt like I needed to given how bad this was. First, even though I had made a reservation, our table wasn't ready, and we had to wait at least 10 minutes for our table to be cleared. Once we sat down, the service was just plain bad. We waited forever in between sitting down, ordering drinks, ordering more drinks, ordering food, etc. We had to flag down our waitress or practically chase her down to get her attention to just get what we needed. A big draw for us coming there were the frozen drinks, and the frozen drink machines were broken, so we couldn't even get any of those. Then I ventured onto the signature cocktail list and tried 2 different drinks that were terrible before giving up and just getting some White Claws. The food was ok, a bunch of us got the build you own mac and cheese which was good - super cheesy and a little overwhelmingly rich, but better than most of the rest of our experience. My friend got the truffle mushroom flatbread pizza, on recommendation from our waitress, and that was terrible. There were also just other small things that compounded together that made it a negative experience- the music was blasted louder than any music festival I've ever been to, there wasn't toilet paper in the bathrooms and the heat was blasted for some reason so it was hot and smelly, etc. Really wanted this place to be our new go-to group dinner spot, but none of us will be returning.

We went for unlimited wings and only got six cold wings because of how slow and crappy the service was. We were there for nearly 3 hours!! They said they’d comp them, but only comped one order, 100% not worth it!
