Old Glory Kitchen + Spirits
Reservations accepted for parties of 5 or more. All other parties are welcome and will be sat on a first come first serve basis. Thank you!
Food, service, and atmosphere all great. Manager let us bring our own bday cake. Sliced it and served it with no extra fee. Looking forward to going back.
Took friends and family for a afternoon pizza party for a birthday. Party of 15 and the service and food was outstanding. Chris was wonderful and stayed on top of everyone, drinks and food. This wasn't our first time here , always come back , service and food are top notch! Can't wait til the summer to sit outside too!
Met up with some friends to catch up and to enjoy a great meal. The waitress was very attentive! We ordered a cheese burger, the shrimp kabobs and I had French Dip, (Freedom Dip). Before ordering, my friend inquired in the French Dip is good. The waitress said that it is a crowd favorite and very rare. Sounded good, so I ordered it. It came out very well done and chewy. I sent it back and ordered a burger. My friends loved their food, especially the kabobs.
On a side note, they go rid of the benches and replaced them with regular tables, so no more sitting with strangers!
We will definetly be back, but I will choose something else from their menu.
I made reservations a week before for my wedding anniversary. I was sat right away in the worst place I could hear all the gossip of different customers by employees throughout my entire meal. And even though we had 3 different people taking care of us they couldn’t bring us bread. I asked multiple times to multiple people and when we finished our meal our bread came...cold. I have never felt sooooo invisible. This was our consistent weekend place and I have never been so disappointed...We will not be back
Nice casual local bistro. Appetizers and entrees were very good, and moderately priced. The wait staff was attentive and knowledgeable about the restaurants menu.
Good food and good service!!
First time here we will definitely be back!
Everything was great. Only glitch..we were party of 12 with reservations and table was only for 10. Kinda squished but had a great night! Food and vibe was excellent!
We came here with a group and everyone raved about their food...we ordered off the appetizer menu...our server was very friendly and took great care of us. Love this place and will definitely be back.
Great burgers. Friendly atmosphere. Very colorful decor. Real great neighborhood restaurant
Outstanding service..our waitress Kristen was OUTSTANDING and very personable...will request
here the next time we dine there
We were there for a 13th birthday party. Food and drink was great for the occasion. The service was wonderful.
Service was Excellent......food outstanding.....great place for burgers or pizza
Great place for brick oven pizza and drinks, would definitely recommend
AMazing food!!! Great place
Celebrated birthday with 4 girlfriends during Sunday brunch. Made easy reservation through open table. Bloody Mary was perfectly spicy - gone in a couple sips. Bread soft, warm, and yummy. Clam appetizer delicious - could use more crostini. Kale pizza ok, sausage was better. Friends enjoyed their breakfast selections. Apple crumb dessert could use more crumb. Service was great - even though we lingered past our welcome. Loved the renovated look, cool vibe. Only 1 unisex bathroom downstairs. While the keg urinal was unique, as a female, it was odd for me to use a toilet next to one.
Took friends here for dinner. As always everything was great! I had the crabby Mac and cheese and others had short ribs a veggie burger and a salad. In other words, we were all over the place. Also garlic shrimp and coconut shrimp for stRters and a couple of pitchers of sangria. A good time was had by all!
Great food great staff and the deals where awesome.
Attended 2nd anniversary celebration. Restaurant was very packed, but service and food were still good. Staff was very nice and a lot of fun. We definitely had a great time.
To start with we had a reservation and we arrived and checked in after waiting 1/2 hour and people whom arrived after my party and were walk ins were sat before us (why) After mentioning this to the Manger he just said I'll get to you soon.(okay strike 1) Finially we were seated and we said ok it will get better. So we place or app order and when they came out they went to the wrong table ok maybe it was the servers mistake and after a while the waiter came over and apologized for the mistake(strike 2). Well we thought it happens so we place our main meals Crab cakes,Jumbo Shrimp on the skewers 2, and the Shimp and mac and cheese. well after 45 minutes no food no waiter then the waiter finally shows up and says there was a mix up they miss our order (strike 3). The table was never cleaned after the Apps the waiter was the worst I ever had, we were never asked how our food was. I then asked to speak to the Manger and he said I'm really sorry I'll adjust your check which I guess is ok but does that really fix the problem, I don't think I'll return for a while even after we heard so much about this place,I was very disappointed from the get go.
Great food, the service was terrific and ambiance is high quality. Will definitely be back
We had 20ppl in our party. Set us up upstairs. Our server was fabulous and tackled the stairs like a pro. Only issue wish we had two ppl. on our group. Maybe someone to run drink orders. Other then that, another great night at Old Glory.
It was such a fun vibe, great for get-togethers or a family dinner. Our nephew has a severe peanut allergy and when double checking with our waiter, he ran to the Kitchen and ran back saying the chef wasn't 100% sure if the knife he used to cut the straw fries came in contact with their special dish which had peanuts, so within 5 minutes produced a new plate that was completely safe. We appreciated the honesty above all else! Our server was tons of fun and on his game, and all the food was delicious. Their drafts were so good, too!
First time thee. Was pleasantly surprised at the food quality and service. All were excellent. Can be a bit noisy especially with the bar crowd. We asked to get moved to the upper section where it was a bit quieter. All and all a great night with family and friends.
Loved it! Food was great and served hot. Great weekly specials. We will definately return!
Went here after a doggie beach day with friends. And thought it would be nice to be seated outdoors since We had our dogs with us. The service overall was good.. The food was actual pretty good too. But the drinks on draft wasn’t. It came out in plastic cups, and it was warm to drink. Too bad there’s nothing they had to keep the drinks cold.
Service and appetizers was great, disappointed with main seating. No a/c just ceiling fans. It was a Saturday night,it was packed and very hot. Most of us took our main dishes home as it too hot out to eat. Drinks were warm and created a uncomfortable atmosphere as most of us was sweating and could not wait to get out of there.May try again in cooler weather.
We enjoyed Old Glory. Service was a bit off due to a Thunderstorm which had the staff hustling to move people inside - they let us know and while not the best service, it was delivered with smile and good nature which goes a long way. We love the wings and the burgers - only criticism on the burgers would be on the roll - heat them up - a cold roll with a good burger is beat. We'll be back.
Love this place. We bring everyone we know here. Great pizza!
This was the perfect place for myself, my husband, and the three other couples we went out with. They wanted to go to a casual bar/restaurant with outdoor seating and music, which is exactly what this place is. I honestly did not know what to expect, but we were all pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is new and cool looking with an Americana theme, plenty of outdoor tables and a bar, and a very nice size upstairs area, but unfortunately it was closed off for a private event. The service was on point, and the food was varied and very tasty. At first, the live music was a bit odd; it seemed to be an amateur night with young kids singing, playing keyboard, etc, which isn't really great for a Saturday night in my opinion. Later on, a DJ came on and played a great mix of 80's, 90's and 2000's which we all got down to. No complaints, and I would definitely come back for either a date night or a night out with my kids, parents, etc.
Service, food, and ambiance were all fantastic.
Great place to bring the kids. The menu has something for everyone. Our kids like the pizza and the meatball appetizer the best. The pizzas are good and the sandwiches as well. Meatloaf Sandwich is a personal favorite. Beer list is good but not at the level of some other bars focused on craft beers. Service has always been on point. Management is on top of things.
Only issue is I wish a better system when ordering pizza. We ordered three individual pies and they came out at different times. Rest of table were waiting to eat.
We were a large party (10 people), and the place was busy but, even making allowances for that, the service was very, very, poor and we had to repeat requests for drinks before receiving them. One of our party ordered soup as an entree and, after everyone else had received their food (burgers, ribs, steak & shrimp, etc. ), and the soup had still not arrived, we again requested they bring it. Eventually, everyone started on their food (still no soup) and we again asked about it. Most of our party had finished their entrees when the soup finally arrived. I mentioned to the waitress that we shouldn't have to pay for it, given the poor service, and got the laughing response, "Oh, you'll pay for it!" I still tipped 20%, as we don't dine out looking for freebies, but the attitude, coupled with the service, was very disappointing.
The food was good, as always. Huge timing issue with food from the pizza oven versus food from the kitchen. We waited 15 minutes while those with pizza and wings already had their food. The wings are a must. The manager was gracious and apologetic for the backlog in the kitchen.
Great place to pregame for a concert at PNC Bank Arts Center!
My children and their families (young children) took me there for a Mother's Day early dinner, but we went the day before (on Saturday). My brother, who lives about a half hour north, had stopped there in between my son's wedding and reception for some appetizers and drinks and raved about it, so that's how we decided to try it. We absolutely loved the place. The atmosphere is awesome, the restaurant is beautiful and the service (our server was Capri) was amazing. The owners checked in with us a few times to make sure we were having a good time. We will definitely be going back soon and often. I'd like to try the outdoor seating next time, which is beautiful. There's a fire pit outside with seating to wait for your table or just to relax. I live about five minutes away and never knew this gem of a restaurant/bar was practically around the corner. I think I've found my new favorite place! We were a party of four adults and two children. Everyone had something different and everyone had great thing to say about their meals. We all totally recommend Old Glory to anyone and everyone.
Only giving this 4 stars due 30 plus minute wait despite having reservations. Place was great though, and was redeemed with the two complimentary appetizers. Awesome move. Food was very good, service was great, the building is amazing. Well done Old Glory. Everyone left happy and we will return. Looking forward to it :)
Service excellent. Food was delicious. Will return.
Went this time for a birthday celebration and couldn’t be happier. The servers were attentive and it just so happened to be Wing and Wine Wednesday so half price wings and bottles of wine. Will definitely be back on a Wednesday if they keep this special going.
My wife and I went for the first time to try their Restaurant Week menu. Michael was an excellent server and the food was great, especially the wings and short ribs. Will definitely go back as well as recommend to our friends.
