Excellent food! Great atmosphere, band was great! Our server was attentive and very personable.

The service was awful. The apps were decent but the dinners were not up to par. Most dishes came out could and one of our meals was never put in therefore being served after the rest of the table was done. The waitress apologized but no one even offered us a drink or discount due to the inconvenience.

This was the first disappointing meal I’ve had here and possibly because it was New Year’s Eve and the kitchen and wait staff was overwhelmed. The menu was limited and what I was able to order was not very good. Calamari was undercooked and tasteless while the pasta was over cooked and mushy. I do plan to return and give them another shot under normal conditions.

Three of us had dinner. When seated there were only 2 other tables seated. Service was very slow, granted our server was in his third day. He was extremely polite. Our meals came out staggered, mine, then our salads, then my moms meal. This was followed by my husbands soup. My mom and I were done and my husbands food finally came out. Food was delicious but there seems to be a disconnect in the kitchen.

Old Croton Bar and Grille was wonderful. Our server, Meredith, was efficient and friendly and made our experience a positive one. It was a comfortable evening so we dined outdoors. There was a live band playing, which was great but it was too loud inside to carry on a conversation. The outdoor seating is beautiful. Lighting under the umbrella would be welcome.

Service is second to none! Food is great! Large portions, good presentation and flavor. If you leave there hungry it’s your own fault!
