   Went here with some friends and had a fantastic time. The food was great, the service was great, and the time was great. The atmosphere was nice and the drink menue was extensive.

   The food was very good but we were extremely disappointed not to be able to order a pizza since it was not one of the choices on our menu. The spaghetti pie was very good and I took over half home and got 2 more meals out of it. My number 1 complaint was the noise level - way too noisy for me. Servers were wonderful.

   We went as part of the Grand Opening. The host staff was nice and it there was no wait, so the reservations were well planned and spaced. Our server was very slow, possibly busy. We went really long periods without seeing her at all and even had to have management find her at one point. She also kept forgetting to bring us things or get things we asked for. Honestly, she made dinner take twice as long as it should have. That said the environment was nice, everything was clean and the kids hats were a nice touch. Food was so-so. The French fries were very good, my calzone was 99% bread with a huge crust, which was disappointing-I wouldn't order it again. However the beer cheese that came with it was delicious. The buffalo chicken bites were very good and not too spicy for the kids. The real issue with our meal was the chicken. The chicken used here was not good at all. It was rubbery and weird, it was like the kind you buy precooked and then microwave. It made otherwise good meals fall flat, which was unfortunate because 3/4 meals were chicken based. However, the burgers looked good, as did their pizza, so maybe we will try those next.

   I realize this was a soft opening and everything was new, including the waitstaff, but our waitress did not have a clue. She was very friendly but she didn't know the table numbers so we kept getting the table next to us tasters and food. The kids asked for sweet tea and they got unsweetened. She brought them new ones after we told her but when she refilled them later she refilled them with unsweetened. She forgot to put the beer order in and when asked about it she came back to the table because she forgot what beer it was. Like I said, she was very nice but maybe she had too many tables to start off with or she needs more practice. Besides that, the food was good, everyone was friendly and we will be back.

   Nachos were excellent. Server was pleasant knew her information about beers and food. The hamburger came out medium instead of med well. It was quickly replaced with a new burger. Thank you for sharing your opening with us.

   Went Friday and Saturday for pre grand opening. Friday we had the option of everything except pizza. The Turkey sandwich and burger was very good, you were slammed so the service was very slow but we had a great server with a bubbly personality. Saturday we tried the so called authentic Chicago deep dish pizza, it was a disappointment at best. Deep dish dough, light cheese and sauce. It was just like pizza hut. There are six to eight pizza places within a mile of you, at least four are better and cheaper than your menu prices. Thank you for the opportunity to try the food. I would order the sandwiches when I go back.

   Very much enjoyed our dining experience. The food was very good and our server was excellent. The place was packed but she very friendly, informative, and always available to refresh our drinks and to see how we were doing. Will definitely recommend to our friends!

   Place was very clean. Staff was fantastic and the food was soooo good. Will be a regular there!

   This is a wonderful new addition to the Garden Beach area. Old Chicago originated in Boulder Colorado. The have a large variety of food and drinks to choose from, it is not just a pizza place.

    Food was fantastic homemade blue cheese dressing best ever the Chicago salad yummy Servers were friendly and helpful
