Food was okay, beer selection was decent. REALLY LOUD MUSIC to the point you can't hear anyone at your own table
We went before the Elton John concert. Great food and service. Server kept the drinks coming :-)
The food is always good. The service is not as efficient during lunchtime as it is needed for me to be able go more often. Customers should be able to call to pre-order a meal to carry it out or dine in. I had a specific time available for an important lunch meeting. The service staff seemed to be disturbed that I called in a to go order that we dined in. I made the reservation through Open Table.
There were multiple issues with this visit. It was our first time at the restaurant and unfortunately, it will probably be our last. The food was average, at best. One of the sandwiches had hair in it. You would think that this was the major issue, but alas it was not. We arrived at 5:00 pm and did not leave until 8:30. Although we waited for one person until 5:45...that is still a LONG wait time. The one saving grace was a manager named Chris. He did try to help us salvage our experience, but it was way too late by the time he became aware of the issue.
We had a party of 12 that they accommodated quite adroitly.
The Chicago pizza was not good. I won’t be going there again.
Really enjoyed the food We had a party of 12 and made reservations through open table. So happy we did - we were able to be seated immediately upon arrival. Waitress was very attentive and pleasant. We had all kinds of stuff at the table - pizza, calzone (one they did forget to remove the pepperoni), pasta, wings and burgers- all looked and tasted great. We will definitely put this on our list of places to revisit
arrived at 11am when they opened and promptly sat and fast food out of the kitchen
Big playoff game on tv so those were upping the noise level. No worries though. There wasn’t a ton of people in there but it took a long time to get our one pizza we ordered. We ordered drinks and food at the same time and our drinks stayed empty for a while until after our food came out and the hostess stopped to check on us.the hostess took our initial drink order and she refilled our waters once our food came out. Then the waiter came go check on us and we were fine at that point.
Cool location and building. We were staying across the street at the Hyatt and wanted a a variety of food and drink. They had a great selection of drafts (local and national) and a wide array of bottled beer. Mixed drinks were plentiful and they have their own specialties. The food was more than just a pizza place. We got two different appetizer samplers, mac and cheese bites, a personal pizza, and a Stromboli. The food was great.
Very first time eating here like can researve table for when you prefere good beer and sweet tea hoastess and wiaters all very pollite and helpful good music just right loadness got the grinder pizza best ever eat in 51 years good location and parking so overall exper best had in years thanks for the great experiance
The bartender (or whomever sets up taps) mixed up 2 beers on the menu, so we kept getting the wrong beer (or got the wrong one first?).
My husband and I came here for a quick dinner on a Thursday night. Our server was excellent and very attentive. The food is good and you have a lot of options to choose from.
Terrible experience. Checked in with open table, drove to old Chicago, got to the hostess stand and was told it didn't matter there was still a 35-45 minute wait. WTH??? Was given a pager, went to the bar for a drink, waited 10 minutes for 3 bartenders to ignore us. We left, and I wouldn't recommend ever going back.....
Food was very good. Server was good, but service was extremely slow.
Went there prior to a concert. Food was good. The bar got backed up with the pre-concert rush, but overall good experience.
Service was great. Staff very friendly and attentive. However, the Chicago style crust was not even close to the Windy City...more like Pizza Hut. If you're going to name the place after Chicago, try to get a recipe...
Great lunch spot. Great lunch specials
Pizza is very good
Lots of draft beer choices
Our sons graduation from the military
best service there in quite a while so we will go back
