My family and I went to celebrate my birthday on 3/17/19. I made my reservation online as there was going to be 13 of us. They did not show my reservation, but we arrived early enough in the day a table was available for us. Our waitress did not come and refill drinks or check to see if we were doing ok. My mom, sister and myself ordered an alcoholic drink. I was able to taste the alcohol but my mom and sister could not. When they tasted my drink they said theirs did not even come taste like mine. When told the waitress about this her reasoning was since it was my birthday they could have put more alcohol in mine. She did not do anything to rectify or even apologize for this. She would leave the table before we were finished placing appetizer orders. Unsure if it was due to it being a large table and could not hear us. It was just not a pleasant experience and I felt bad my family paid for the experience that they had.

They don’t actually receive the open table reservations at this location. They still got us in but this should really be disabled on the site.

The only place that would take a reservation for 20- THANK YOU!! Everything went great. The waitress was a PRO and did an amazing job from start to finish.

Outstanding Service at Table 13: regret I can't recall server's name, but she was personable, professional, and helpful -- and she has a beautiful smile, while looking a lot like Alecia Keys. Beer was excellent and pizza was outstanding.

The food was ok but the service was terrible we sat in the bar section. We arrived at 6:40 pm and left at 12:15am and we saw our waitress at least 4 times we had to go find her to order our food.

I ordered the baked spaghetti without meatballs, the spaghetti was very runny, didn't seem baked to me at all, sent it back.

Horrible service. It took 45 mins to get everyone drinks. Things came out and different times. Missed appetizers. had to keep reminding them what we ordered. never going there again.

The service was seriously the worst I think I've ever experienced. Service was slow, orders did not come out correctly, my 4 year-old nephew never got his order, despite us asking for it several times. Waitress did not give me an itemized bill, just the credit card receipt to sign. I asked to get a copy, which took 10 minutes, and found that she had charged us *$100* for a beer that we didn't actually order. I asked her to fix it and she did on the bill, but she re-ran my card with the extra $100 on it (again). I went to the host stand and asked if they could help as we had already spent 20 minutes trying to get it sorted. It was another 15 minutes before a manager came out to report he had fixed it. Would NOT recommend this restaurant unless you're in the market for a $100 beer you didn't order and won't actually get to drink.
