Went in for an early dinner and was not disappointed. Service was excellent. The vibe was great without being too noisy. We had the salmon taridito appetizer which was delicious and perfectly seasoned. We also had the hamachi jalapeño dish and that was ahhhhmazing. It was sweet and had a tiny bit of jalapeño and lots of tobiko. It was a really interesting dish. We also shared a seaweed salad which had 2 yummy types of seaweed salads in one dish. Overall, great food and service. We will go back the next time we are in the Bahamas.

I can’t recall the name of our server but he was ok. The hostess was able to accommodate our group on Father’s Day with an extra person by adding a chair to the end of the table. Which we appreciated greatly, it was really based on the advice of anther server, the young man with the scar over his left eye. He also overheard us talking about parking and told us that the next time we come we should call when we’re on the way and someone would meet let us in to the free parking. Each of us paid $10 for parking at the back of the building. First time hearing this and my 3rd time at the restaurant. Food was great as usual and came out quickly.

Oku is a shining star. Shane, the manager, accommodated our large group with no issues. Very fresh, wide variety, and great drinks. Highly recommend.

We ate here on vacation and it was by far my favorite meal while we were in Nassau. We ordered 3 different rolls, the bao buns, and the udon noodles and everything was absolutely amazing. We love sushi but we’ve got our favorite place back home and this place definitely rivals them. If we ever get to visit the island again, this will be a must have meal!

Even though our committed ever was new, everyone else pitched in so we received a very unique style of quality service. It felt like the whole staff catered to just us even though in there was full. Warm smiles, hot foot (VERY MUCH APPRECIATED) and service was quick and very paced with items coming out in succession after completion. The cocktails were unique to all my senses and a delight to experience. And I love a drink so imagine me only on three. The portions were amazing, even leaving room for leftovers. Unbelievable as it is, the food was so delicious I didn’t want to take it home to share. So I went back for lunch the next day just for me. Best sushi experience in The Bahamas for me so far; and I’ve been to them ALLL

It was a lovely outing. The food and drinks were fantastic. It’s a small dining area and the tables are close together so not much privacy. Otherwise wonderful time!
