   I will keep it short and simple to avoid wasting your time when you could be doing something more productive... like booking a table at Oktopus. Oktopus is hands down the best restaurant in Liverpool ... exceptional food, different dishes every time, great wine list and friendly staff ... ... stop reading reviews & book a table now !

   Fantastic. Food was imaginative and different but the combinations worked so well. The staff were very helpful and the surprise was that it is such good value. It was our first time having been recommended by a friend but we intend to go again as soon as we can.

   Fantastic greeting upon arrival. Open brick walls and great atmosphere. Food was amazing. Highly recommend the sourdough bread with burnt onion butter. It was divine! Could not fault any of the dishes. Good prices too. Can't wait to return!

   A really enjoyable meal. The deep fried olives, the asparagus and the hot smoked salmon were particularly tasty. Really friendly staff, nice buzzy atmosphere, would definitely visit again.

   The food was very poor we found fat and gristle from meet in with our mussel bowl We informed the waiter , but had no explantion from the chef This put us off all our dishes and ruined our night out

   This place is like a big warm hug, the staff are lovely-friendly and welcoming...the food, well, my goodness the food is just wonderful, it makes one wish one had two mouths and two stomachs...we wished we lived locally so this could become our regular go to restaurant. Will be telling everybody about this wonderful gem of a place

    This was our second visit and we were not disappointed. Hope to come back in a couple of weeks and share the experience with some other friends. Great staff and great food and drink
