   The business was closed and I was allowed to make a reservation. There I was with my date dressed up at a closed business. What an inconvenience. If a business is closed no reservation should be able to be made.

   My husband and I love sushi so we decided to make reservations for our wedding anniversary despite mixed reviews. The restaurant ambiance was nice but the first thing we noticed was that we were only one of two tables there on a Saturday night which was not a good first impression. The server was polite and attentive. She asked if we were there for a special occasion and we told her yes. We ordered a bottle of wine but she came back to tell us they were out. We ordered the spicy tuna roll and the Nigiri platter. There was no miso soup or salad to start. The spicy tuna roll was very good and had a nice presentation but difficult to eat. The Nigiri platter wasn't good at all. Although It had 16 pieces, they were small portions. Not to mention 6 of the pieces were crab and shrimp instead of good quality fish. With no one at the restaurant, nobody including the manager made any attempt to come say hi to ask or ask us if we needed anything. Very, very disappointed with this restaurant considering its prime location next to the Plaza Theater. One more thing, nobody should ask us if we are celebrating a special occasion if you don't intend to do something about it. We're not looking for any freebie, but don't put out a question like that if you have no intention to do anything about it. Overall, we were very disappointed by our experience at this restaurant. It is very apparent that the management of this restaurant is not trying, or making any attempt to make a person's experience better. If you really want to survive in this city, you all have to try much, much harder.

   Went to see a show at the Plaza Theater - so the restaurant was super busy. It took about 45 min to get our food-but once it was there it was delicious. The manager told us they would be working on a menu for evenings when they had shows at the Plaza so things could run smoother. One thing- ask for a regular table- the high top tables have the most uncomfortable chairs!

   The server behaved as if it was his first job. The only reason I rated him with 2 stars is because he smiled and had a pleasant attitude. But he had to be asked several times for the same thing. This was our second attempt at this restaurant and our last.

   good service, meh meal I was hoping this would be a different sushi place than everywhere else in El Paso...unfortunately not. The service was very attentive. The food was not really worth returning for. The best dish we had was the salmon bon bon.
