I love coming to OHK, food and service is always excellent. Staff is very attentive. Surroundings are beautiful and the owner Gary creates an atmosphere that feels like Sunday dinner with family.

We went for our anniversary, looking for a special place. Overall the experience was only okay. Upon arrival, it was hard to find where to park to get to the restaurant. We had to go through what looked like the bowels of the building to get to the elevator. Although the grounds are beautiful we were initially offered a table that overlooked the parking. Oddly, they staff uses a rolling cart to serve or move glasses, which was loud and disruptive to the peaceful ambiance very time this was done. The food was good enough, mac and cheese was especially tasty. We were charged $3.00 more than what the menu price for one entry. Overall, I don't expect to return any time soon.

This is THE ABSOLUTE BEST restaurant we have EVER been to! We had such a wonderful time. The service was superb and the food was absolutely excellent. Main course was made to perfection. Wine selection was amazing! Coffee and deserts were totally wonderful! Tapped off by a visit and introduction by the owner, who made us feel welcome and gave us an amazing history of the castle! What a great evening!

The food was very good. All 4 of us enjoyed our meal. We had calamari Tuscan bread and clams for appetizer. All three were delicious. The main entrees were sea bass, lamb chops, beef tenderloin, and Bronzino all were hot and tasted good. The service was just a bit slow. We had our menus still at the table for over 25 minutes yet to our food. It was the same long drawn out process for dessert. It took over 10 minutes just to get the dessert menu. The food was good I’d definitely go back

I was asked if I wanted to see the check before I pay.....Yes...usually you bring the check to the table...and before you do that you bus the table or ask somebody to bust it....These are basic actions a waiter should take!!

I’ve eaten here many times For the first time I waited for 5 min, because the host was busy. I asked the waitress behind the bar could she seat us and she said no. The food is delicious, (most of the time)but this time it was HORRIBLE. My beef was all chopped, and the mashed potatoes had huge lumps. A gentleman came out in a white coat when our food came to the table. I think he knew he served mediocre food that night.

Had Brunch on Sunday May 5. From the valet to exiting the premises we were treated with exquisite class and dignified competence and professionalism that was equaled by the quality of the food that was meticulously prepared and served and that was delicious in taste . Surrounded by luxurious and historic surroundings it was an unforgettable experience and one I will soon repeat and continue to recommend with pleasure!

Requested a quiet table with a view for a birthday lunch for 2 Arrived on schedule - restaurant seemed unprepared for the reservation. As we were walking to the assigned table it was missing a chair, I requested a different table that was not occupied, waiter said no and for the next two hours the requested table stayed empty as we sat in the walkway from the kitchen. No acknowledgement from the staff for the b- day occasion. Beautiful grounds .. delicious food.

This is a beautiful place to go for a stroll. The grounds are terrific and the interior room are interesting and historic. The food could use some help. Our appetizer was terrific, Mediterranean dish, which gave us hope for the main meals. Sadly, we were disappointed with what I would consider mediocre food. The shrimp scampi was tasteless and mushy. The chicken Cobb was ordinary and the shrimp burrito was disappointing. I’d say come for the view and enjoy Dinner someplace else.

Our dinner was REALLY good. The chicken was amazing as was the appetizer of Greek spreads. This was probably our favorite meal all weekend! The reason I took a star off was for the dessert. I actually tried to signal several of our servers that it was my wife’s birthday as well as left a note when making the booking, but it didn’t seem to take (which is fine). The real problem with the dessert was the texture. It was supposed to be a cream puff style dessert but was very tough with no cream. It wasn’t bad enough to ruin the experience as the ambience and main course were both perfect. Gary (the owner) comes around and greets people, which is a nice touch!

I hate to say it, but it seems this place is going down hill. from valet's that don't show up until you've already parked your vehicle or when your getting back into your car looking for the keys, to grounds and interior that seems to of not been maintained in awhile, to lack luster food. this place used to be great, but now..wobbly tables, food not cooked right, tiny portions, overuse of sauce(to cover bland tastes), I don't think I'll be returning here. It's sad that it's lost so much of..everything
