   Price was too high for quality of food, service, and overall experience. Buffet layout led to lots of waiting in lines. Servers were courteous but not well trained in bringing spoons for coffee/iced teas and clearing used plates quickly. Curry sauce for shrimp cocktail was interesting as an alternative, but traditional sauce should also have been offered. Pre-cut portions of desserts and cheese were far too large, leaving customers to "hack their own" to avoid wasting while wanting to sample. Inappropriately large tongs were set out for serving cheese, leading to dropped pieces and a messy display. The food was very tasty, and the variety was appreciated. The setting was beautiful, and servers were polite and cheerful.
