   We came to eat because it was recommended by a friend and had good reviews. I ordered the fish and it was very very salty. My husband's bolognese style pasta was mediocre at best. Our server was very awkward and made the experience less enjoyable. We did have our young kids with us which was a mistake because this place is not kid friendly, but that's our fault. I probably would not go again unfortunately.

   We had the worst service experience, with the exception of the host who was truly hustling. The whole order was late and wrong, the waiters were slow, not attentive and messing up left and right. Silver lining was the food was delicious.

   This restaurant can't decide what it wants to be. The music is loud and the tables are close, but the menu tries to be traditional Italian. The prices are high compared to the quality you can get at other nearby restaurants for less money.

   Multiple people had told us this was a good place but it didn’t live up to the hype. It took us a while to get our pizza and mediocre pasta.

   This was a fantastic find. We were in Napa for a business Foodshow at Copia Napa. We looked up Italian food in the area and under Open Table, they had good ratings. We were so pleasantly surprised and had a wonderful meal and evening. Even the Chef came out to greet us as we had our Corporate Chef at dinner. The waitress was superb and the service flawless. Could not have had a better experience and cannot wait to come back as I live about 1.5 hours from Napa. I highly recommend the Cacio de Pepe & Ragu pastas! The wine list was exceptional.

   The entrees were great. The pasta and pizza were both delicious and everyone in our party was pleased. We ordered 4 appetizers and they were sub par. There is hardly any buratta in the appetizer and mostly arugula /greens around it. The meatballs were not very flavorful. The pickles were good and the salad was good. The noise level was painfully disappointing…. We were 6 guests sitting across from one another and couldn’t hear a thing one another said. Not only does the sound carry in the restaurant based on the room design, but they were playing music on speakers over it… we almost had to leave because of it. Then, the waitress could see we could not hear her and made no effort to talk louder or project her voice. The waitress was really what was the turn off of the whole experience…. We were aware that for 6 guests or more their MAY be a 20% gratuity charge included. We totally understood that. However, when we got our bill there was an additional “party planner fee of 25%” on the bill that she added, in addition to 20% gratuity she added. This was a group of 6 people in which we made the reservation ourselves….. when we questioned her about it, she then stuttered a bit and you could tell she was uncomfortable with the confrontation and then said “oh yeah, I didn’t mean to put that there…” she was trying to get a 45% tip out of us when she showed no engagement, we had to ask her to provide recs and clarification about the menu, took FOREVER for drinks to come out and was never attentive to the table. Other servers ran her drinks and she never checked in on us to see how the food was when the plates came out. Nonetheless, she had maybe 1 or two other small tables. The food was great, compliments to the chef; however it is the POOR service and the attempt to try and get a 45% tip for herself that is the reason we will never be back and never recommend this restaurant in the future.
