I had a reservation, we were put out side no offer of a heater. We waited at least 15 min for drinks To order them. She helped everyone we were last and felt forgotten. We finally ordered 10 min later we got our Apps then about 15 -20 later we got our food. The dishes were not dinner plates they were small bowls it looked like a child’s plate . They put the food down and I asked we ordered meatballs as an app to say that they’re coming completely forgot. In the middle of dinner they finally come out. We were almost done. This was the worst experience I have had in a long time. Food was ok and I had to ssk for the heater . 260.00 later I felt like the forgotten table. The worst experience don’t waist your money.

I had a great meal at Oenotri yesterday. My salad was so fresh and delicious. My pizza was better than any pizza I have had in Napa or anywhere else. I call the man who makes the pizza., El Rey de la Pizza! Service was excellent!

This used to be one of our favorite restaurants in Napa. The service was awful, the food was mediocre. Everyone in our party agreed that, sadly, we will not ever return.

The food was mediocre at best, the portions are on a smaller side, the service was not rude, but rather non existent- we had to ask twice to open a bottle of wine, we had to ask twice to bring the wine glasses, we had to wait 15 min after pasta was served for parmesan, and yes, we got it after we were done with pasta. No wonder we were able to make Friday evening reservation when nothing else was available. We will not come back and would not recommend to anyone else.

While the food is always spectacular, the service over my last few visits has really slowed and the attention to detail doesn't quite seem to be what it once was. I have always loved Oenotri's food, but the negative experience with slow service and poor espresso martinis makes this a challenging feat to overcome for a return.

We booked a reservation for 6 people. The service was terrible and they charged us a mandatory 20%. It appeared to us like there was only one waiter for the entire restaurant. We ordered 2 appetizers that arrived at separate times & were finished before our waiter even came back to take our entree order. All meals were delivered at separate times and they put my pasta down and we had no silverware. All we could do was stare at our food getting cold. We had to flag someone down to get silverware. All contact for service needed to be initiated by us and we had to wait as we watched the waiter take orders at all the tables. Our food was dropped off by kitchen staff with no follow up. It took forever to get through the meal and the place was so noisy it was difficult to hear guests at our table. Do not go here with a big group! The food was good but expensive for pasta without any protein. You could add on a protein for an up charge. We will not return. It was not a good experience.

We had a great experience. The main chef was so nice and personable. She even came out to bring us a special appetizer that wasn’t on the menu. Highly recommend!
