Cozy, food is good specially the desert. We had a very nice waitress. My friends and I enjoyed our Sunday brunch.

Would suggest that the dishes should be replenish sooner, but other than that it was an enjoyable experience.

Food came out cold. I had the filet mignon and it was room temp., at best, when served. My friends salmon was cold. We were sat at 7:20 for a 7:00 pm reservation when we checked in at 6:30. It wasn’t packed. Tables were dusty and silverware was spotty. Our food was served by 9:15 pm, we ordered before 8:00 pm. Food was overpriced for the quality. Mac and cheese was bland, pash potatoes were too garlicky. View is nice. I guess you have to try everything once. I’ve checked that box so I won’t be going back.

Very outdated, looks like a old and dirty diner. We waited 1:18 minuets for our food. So sad 15 years ago was very nice.

I was disappointed with the entrees. The food was bland, lacked flavor. It was overpriced. I have had much better meals for much less the cost. The ambiance was nice for a special event. We went there for my sister's birthday. I invited friends to go with us and I was embarrassed at the mediocre quality of the food. There were six in our party and no one was pleased with their dinner. I don't think I will go there again. There are other restaurants where the quality of the food is much better, where we can celebrate special events.

Restaurant was very busy; multiple events going on. That said, while the food was very good, the service was sub-par. Our 1st course arrived before there was silverware on the table, or our drinks had arrived. We also needed to ask multiple times for our drinks. The staff was friendly and accommodated our requests eventually, though. I would blame most of the errors on the chaos.

I took the family for Easter Brunch .I was very disapointed in the quality of the food for the outragous price of this Brunch.I could have gone to a high end steakhouse and been alot Happier. The food was cold, undercooked potatoes overcooked meat ,pretty dissapointing.

We celebrated Easter there with their special buffet. there was no end to the variety of dishes available. I requested a table by the windows in opentable and we got a table with a marvelous view of the San Fernando Valley.
Our server kept our coffee and other drinks constantly full.

Everyone had a great time.

Bad experience we have yet to encounter, customer service was awful! We had to keep going to the front swak to ask for service, whole other waiters hovered around their guest to make sure they were content, went and talked to a lady manager and was told the waiter would come to the table, but he never did! Easter bunny passed my son 7 times and didn’t acknowledge him once I wanted to take a picture with the Easter bunny and my son but never had the chance, I guess we had to be Asian to recieve attention. We looked forward to our Easter brunch made reservations way ahead of time, if we were gonna b treated this way, we should have went somewhere else!

Food was okay. We were in a special room for buffet and had to walk through waiting area to get to main buffet. Prime rib a little dry. Horseradish sauce not creamy. Staff was very nice. Drinks could have been a little more timely. Our little room was not set up completely when we got there at 1015. Had to wait or walk far away for what we wanted. It seemed a little off. But staff always nice and helpful. Will go again

Had a horrible experience here the first time I came in August for my birthday. Decided to give it another try for Easter brunch as our first choice, Cast Away, is still closed for remodeling. We were seated relatively fast and at a great window seat. Our waiter was nice enough, but did not tell us about the second dining room of food options. This we found out by over hearing it from another waiter. The brunch options were the most disappointing. There was plenty of meat (ie ham, prime rib, etc) and a plethora of crispy cream donuts. The only egg options were in the form of 3 types of eggs Benedict (which were constantly empty). For someone who cannot handle hollandiase sauce, this was awful. The eggs benedict my boyfriend tried after standing in a line for 10 minutes were cold, and there were only 7 on the serving dish. My boyfriend said he may have seen scrambled eggs at some point. I had not seen them nor a placeholder for them. He asked our waiter if these were an option who then said he would check the kitchen. He never came back to update us. After sitting there for 2 hours, picking at overly sugary donut, we finally found our waiter to ask for our check. Another 30 minutes passed, he finally came back with the check. All in all, we paid $131 for two people and a horrible meal. I left hungry and definitely not wanting to come back. I knew we should not have come back after my birthday. Now we will eagerly await the re-opening of Cast Away.

Place was awesome. Wasn't to packed. Arrived early and got seated right away. Everyone was nice. Sat next to a window. The view is absolutely amazing. Waiter was also very nice and was there before we even looked up to want anything. If the weather fits, I suggest sitting outside next to the fire place. Can't wait to go again!

It was my first time there which I am hesitant to write a review since it wasn't the best experience. I noticed the service all around from bar staff to waitress wasn't great. As far as dinner, it was busy so our waitress really was running around a lot and didn't have time to stop as often as we needed, However was very polite and professional. Food was ok.

I was very disappointed when I was there on Saturday 3/24. The website says there is a buffet brunch and menu. When we got there there was no buffet and a very limited menu. It took 45 minutes from the time we ordered to when the meal was served. Again, a very limited menu so the meal should have been served within 10 minutes. I would not recommend going there on a Saturday afternoon

The location is extraordinary. The restaurant is pretty and has great view of the Valley. The food fort that price should taste better. The stakes were ok. I order rack of lamb. The lamb was very good, but the side dish potato was raw. It was a disappointment. Though on the other hand, I can't say there are better restaurants around. You will love the view. Maybe it is a better idea to get only appetizers and drink to enjoy the view.

The main course was great we had the new York steak which wasn't cooked to rare like I asked but still amazing and the ribs. We also got the sampler, and the street tacos wernt that great due to having crunchy meat but the shrimp was amazing. But as well our brussel sprouts wenrt that good And had to much vinegar.
To finish it off the molten chocolate cake was amazing a day after.

The waiter was not attentive and failed to get our order right. My son’s meal came late after the rest of us after telling them 3 times that we were missing a meal. We did not get bread after we asked twice. My drink order was wrong. After being here several times, this was unfortunately not the best experience. Not sure if I will be returning after what happened.
