   The food was served cold with a warm sauce. The quality of food was poor.although we have asked them on the same day if the cruise is still on in this weather and the answer was positive. Two hours before the cruise timing, we were informed that the dinner will remain dockside due to the weather conditions.

   Our waiter couldn’t get our order right multiple times. Forgot to bring our cocktails. For the price you pay I would have hoped for much better service. Wouldn’t go back.

   The food was not very good but the ambiance and being on the boat was lovely. They allowed me to swap out the side that came with my dinner for steamed veggies, which I appreciated, but the veggies served tasted like those frozen microwaveable mixed vegetable bags and the salmon was overcooked.

   Need to fix the Open Table booking for this restaurant with a more prominent alert that a credit card is needed for the confirmation of your reservation. We made our reservation using the Open Table app-- the requirement for a credit card to hold the reservation was not readily apparent. Thus, when we arrived they had no record of our reservation. Luckily, seating was available and we were able to obtain seating.

   Need to do it if you haven't. The menu is limited, the cocktails are great, the food was very good the serve was 5* the cruise on the Chicago waterfront is unwatchable and the food, service and drinks make it worthwhile. Not a 5* restaurant but still white linen table cloths, comfortable seating so, no complaints. My reservation experience really sucked and included lots of confusion I think over the company trying to get out of cooperating with OpenTable. I am following up on that as I am an Opentable fan

   We took advantage of a fixed price menu as part of Chicago Restaurant Week. The hardest part was booking it, as you will need to contact the Odyssey directly. And there are some additional fees. However, it was a great deal the city views and the staff were amazing. Food was great, it was very nice and romantic! There was a DJ on the dance floor. Great experience.

   We took the Thanksgiving luncheon cruise which was a wonderful experience. The waitresses we veey friendly and accommodating. Would definitely do this again.

    I took the Sunday dinner, which leaves Navy Pier before sunset. It was a beautiful unmatched scenery of Chicago. The ship is nice. The deck is very nice. Food was okay. Not the greatest, and very little options, but it is not a big deal. What I didn't like is: 1- Charging kids the same amount as adults (a kid to have a Mac'n'cheese for $100+ is way too much) 2- I couldn't find regular black tea, which was astonishing 3- Charging $104 extra to have a window seating, while other tables are not less special/ 4- Didn't accept my request to put a birthday cake in the kitchen. Any humans' restaurant will have a big enough fridge to take in a cake. 5- Server was offering the choice of drinks that they don't have on board.
