Excellent food, appetizers and entrees were excellent. We sat in the outdoor area and that made service slower, but not bad. We enjoyed it very much!
Wonderful Georgian Salad. Very traditional flavors
The food (especially the breads and dumplings) is wonderful. Try to avoid sitting in the back room, however, as there is a sort of air-freshener smell in there. Otherwise, beautiful space.
Food was very tasty we split different kinds of cheesy breads and some cold appetizers dumplings were delicious. Portions varied in size. Service was rather gruff and they kind of hovered over us when they wanted us to go. Wine was on the pricey end but were all dry but not necessarily flavorful. They did have a variety from Georgia
Delicious food and great service! Sat outside in front of the restaurant in their covered outdoor dining set up. Great for both vegans and meat eaters.
Great service! The food was delicious, abundant, and satisfying. There were leftovers to take home. Small wine list. Grape vodka was nice.
excellent food in a warm welcoming atmosphere. A different dining experience
That was my first experience of Georgia food. Taste amazing!!. I will be back soon!!
The food was incredible, the wait staff very attentive, and atmosphere was cozy. I’d come back and recommend anyone to give it a go.Things we absolutely loved were the Cornish Hen, the Khinkali, the house special, and the Chakapuli. We paired it with a bottle of the ancient orange wine which was also very tasty.
A little bit disappointed with a food taste and quality. I’ve tried a better Georgian food in New York.
no problems. reasonably fast service. tasty chicken liver.
Great food, great service, little pricey but standard for NYC. Definitely will go back.
Poor service, mediocre food. We were never asked if we would like drinks, lamb stew had hard little chunks of lamb in a watery liquid. Maybe we didn’t order correctly, but no matter, we won’t be returning.
It’s my 5th time at ODA house! They never fail to deliver a amazing food and experience. Must try lamb Khinkali, Adjaruli and Imeruli! Pair with some amazing Georgian Wine!
Mom’s Georgian (Eastern Europe), so I thought fit to take her to an “authentic” Georgian spot for Mother’s Day; well, did I think wrong!!! The place smelled moldy, the wait staff barely notice you are there, and the food was undercooked, and severely overpriced. The only eatable food were the two slices of cake we had. Anyhow, stay away is what I say!
We will definitely be back. The food was delicious and the service impeccable
Planning to go back again and again. The service and food were both great. Our first time eating Georgian food and it was a treat.
Awesome little gem on the UES!! Great service from authentic people and the food was delicious. The dessert menu in particular is varied, unique, and really lovely. A+
Very good food and very good service. Excellent outdoor dining option on a quiet street.
Delicious food and pretty good service as well! Would recommend.
Very different, but excellent food in a friendly, warm atmosphere
The best hidden gem in the Upper East Side! The food is amazing, service is impeccable, and the ambiance is perfect for a date.
My boyfriend and I went on a dinner excursion there, and the quality is exceptional.
Fresh ingredients, and the food is filling but light enough to start or finish your day.
Notable entree: cheese bread bowl (I'm not sure of the Georgian name) (delicious!!!!)
The food was good but often we felt forgotten in the outdoor space. Plates were also not refreshed in between courses. Wine was not poured by the waiter either.
Georgian food is really different and delicious from other cuisines. So is their wine.
Be prepared to share with others so that you can sample more kinds of delicacies.
Our 3rd time here and 1st time for lunch. Once again outstanding! The Kharcho soup is a dazzling array of flavors and spices. Mushrooms and potatoes also cooked and spiced to perfection. The star for me and reason I was looking forward to lunch here was the Chicken Livers Pies. Not for everyone’s pallets but try it, you’ll love it!
Spacing indoors ensures all Covid protocols are adhered to!
Excellent food and friendly staff! Highly recommend for some unique cuisine!
Terrific and unique cuisine, slightly on the pricier side but generally worth it. Outdoor space was beautiful and very cozy, indoor was a bit more barren, presumably only temporarily. We had a lovely evening!
Delicious lamb and dessert!
Always had takeout from them this time we went and it was fantastic!!!
Great food, extremely reasonable prices for NYC, excellent service. The only bad thing? The music. I know, it's ridiculous to mention this, but the restaurant would be much better served with some kind of original Georgian music/song instead of typical elevator-jazz playlist. We had the obligatory khinkali, obligatory adjaruli, chakhokhbili, and Napoleoni. All of which are perfect on a cool crisp day. Side note: they have wines but no cocktails, which is not a big problem at all.
Lovely, memorable dinner with delicious food and outstanding, kind service.
Looking forward to more meals here soon.
Delicious, fresh food and friendly service. One of my favorite restaurants!
Great food at very reasonable prices with enthusiastic and welcoming owner/hosts. Great Georgian wine list!
The food was great! Beautiful outdoor setting.
Best place , amazing food.
As always Oda House is an absolute pleasure.. the food, the service, the aura! Brought my cousin who was visiting the states here, she’d never had Georgian food, and she fell in love with Oda House. Just as i did The first time I came here!
First time having Georgian food did not disappoint. The Adjaruli (cheese bread) and Khinkali were especially tasty. Service was great, atmosphere was cozy and quiet (thanks to reduced indoor seating)
Delicious food, really nice, intimate ambience. The cheese boat was amazing!!!
Great good and excellent Georgian wine
