La experiencia culinaria es excelente, sin embargo se pierde el valor a forzarte a tomar lo que al dueño o sommeliere se le antojó. No hay opciones extra, debes tomar lo que a ellos se les ocurrió, no te dan opciones. Si deseas otro tipo de bebida, no lo tienen, te forzan a tomar bebidas extremadamente caras que desmerecen la experiencia. Su sommeliere se enoja cuando no le hacen caso, es incómodo, sin embargo el mesero, Uriel, es excelente. Volvería a ir a comer, sin embargo, no en "paquete", en el cual te obligan y te exprimen.
