   Great food, ambient and service. Had brunch around noon and they were out of several items o the menu, make sure to ask what is still available before being too excited for your order.

   Food was very good, but it’s noisy and hard to converse inside. Parking is iffy, but staff was very friendly and accommodating.

   Out for date night and we chose Ocotillo per recommendation by friends. Spacious dining options both indoor and outdoors; warm and laid back ambience with beautiful AZ decor. Friendly and hospitable service with attention to detail, ensuring we had a good experience. Food was unique and delicious. Very talented chef. New manager Alexa has great energy. Definitely returning and would recommend for an enjoyable night out.

   I've been here a few times before, but tonight was a miss. We made 6pm reservations for an 8pm show downtown. After dropping off waters, it took over 20 minutes for the waiter to return. We let him know we had to be downtown for an 8pm show, so we needed to order drinks and dinner at that point. A few mixed drinks and a few beers. It took over 20 additional minutes for the drinks to arrive! Then, they completely forgot about the appetizer and entree that I ordered. This came to light after everyone else's food was delivered. Despite the waiter admitting it was his fault and saying they would be right out, they didn't show up until everyone else had finished eating. When the entree arrived, which was supposed to be a *rare* ribeye, it was medium well to well done. The appetizer arrived after the already-tardy entree, and it didn't even match the menu (the ahi tuna is supposed to come with "forbidden black rice," but there wasn't any). I would have let the waiter know, but he never came by to see how the meal was! The rest of the party wanted a second round of drinks, but the first took so long and, as addressed, he never even came by until it was time to settle the bill! The waiter comped my appetizer and my beer, but an over-cooked steak and an appetizer missing one of the main ingredients was a letdown.

   It was a great meal. Food was delicious. Atmosphere amazing. It was a last minute find and so happy we found it! The only thing I wish was that our food was brought out at the same time. I was halfway done with my meal when my husbands was brought out (I didn't want my dish to go cold and he insisted on me eating) but it was delicious and the service was great!

   Food and service was great. The fried zucchini and the beef ribs were to die for. Don’t forget to get there early and grab a drink at Side Car Social Club before hand!

   We came as a women’s social club called Girl, You Need To Get Out! Arizona. We had 20 ladies that arrived as strangers and left as friends! Ocotillo is absolutely incredible between the servers, the menu, delicious drinks, and the amazing atmosphere we had the best night! We even saw fireworks! Parking is a breeze and plenty. You can’t go wrong here for a corporate event , a private intimate date night, or a family gathering. We’ve continued to diner here for different events we’ve hosted and we always come back!
