One and Done – Very Unfortunate Experience From the moment we arrived, the service was disappointing. The hostess did not acknowledge my husband or me—no greeting, no welcome—just a curt “ready” after seating another guest. When we were finally seated, the table and booth were dirty. She walked away saying “enjoy,” leaving us to flag down another staff member to clean the area. Our server took our order, but my husband’s request to have his sauce on the side was not followed. The dish had to be sent back, which caused me to eat my meal solo while we waited for his corrected order 11 minutes later. Overall, the experience was frustrating from start to finish, with no attempt at recovery from the staff. There are definitely opportunities for improvement across the board. Sadly, we won’t be returning.

The food is always outstanding here. Wonderful flavors and fresh ingredients. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and friendly. The staff is always nice here. When the weather is nice it is a great place to eat outdoors.

As always the food was good and this time I didn’t order my favorite cauliflower. Our server was attentive and professional.

Overall, our food was good and service exceptional. One of our entrees was slightly undercooked but everything else was excellent.

This was our second time there and was really looking forward to it to celebrate a bday but the food was really disappointing. Both appetizers we ordered were very underwhelming with very little flavor. The octopus my wife ordered had once piece overcooked and the other piece was OK. Ravioli was a very small dish for the price and was good, but wouldn’t order again. Best part of the meal was the drink my wife offered and the bread.

food was mediocre, soda machine was down, fried chicken was cooked in burnt oil and was overcooked. burrata came 30 minutes late and service was mediocre and slow. kitchen closed for dinner while we were there and we weren't made aware. overall, probably will not return. coconut water and juices were great and the polenta was as all.

Probably because we were there for restaurant week, but it didn't come close to the experience I had prior. The short ribs were barely sauced, the chicken my wife had was overcooked, and the butter cake was way off (felt more like an extremely dense Blondie). I know part of RW is to get new people in and simplify the menu to keep prices lower, but I've dined here before and was excited to show my wife more of the menu—we left feeling pretty "meh" about it.
