During the summer months we will do the best we can to accommodate guests indoors, but we cannot guarantee indoor seating. Look forward to seeing you at Ocotillo Restaurant and Bar.

We were seated in a two top that we gave up for the bar. We would’ve been elbow to elbow with other people and decided to go to the bar for happy hour. Bartender Jesse was awesome. Very attentive. Noise level in both the dining room and bar is crazy loud. Felt like I was in a club some of the time. Food was pretty good and wine was a great deal for the cost and taste for being the house wine. Would return for the outdoor seating in cooler weather. May be quieter. Overall a solid 4/5
Unbelievable food! The short rib ravioli was AMAZING. Corbin, our server was fantastic as well!! We will definitely be back for more !
Ocotilllo draws an audience who loves food innovation and a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy discovery.
Caught them in between shifts very late lunch very early dinner 300pm
So service was spotty
Food was very good
Drinks were very good
Taylor was excellent server. Friendly & personable. Working to be a Som.
Ocotillo is great for brunch, lunch and dinner!! Amazing setting and fabulous food!!
Always a great time at Ocotillo! Great bar list, great food, fun fun atmosphere. We go there often and it's never disappointed us. Until next time Ocotillo!
Summer menu did not disappoint. Our server was a little green but was very pleasant. There was a longer wait than usual from the kitchen.
The acoustics in the main dining hall remain difficult as soon the room starts filling up, conversations across tables drifts into outside voices.
Food was fantastic, service was great! Would recommend this to locals and anyone in town visiting who is interested in a local restaurant with character!
Absolutely will go back
Will also recommend
Food and service was impeccable. Trendy vibe but a bit pricey. They charged me $14 to hold a cake in the kitchen for me. I thought that was a bit unreasonable but overall I liked the place and will go back...without a cake.
The service was great and the food impeccable. Definitely made it to my top favorites and would love going there again. Great feel!
Really creative menu items, and all we tried were excellent. Thoughtful and interesting wine list. This was an excellent dining experience.
Server spilled a full glass of red wine on several people in business attire. Ruined all or part of 3 outfits. Server did apologize but the manager never came by and it didn’t seem to be that big of a deal to them. They took 100 off the bill (which wouldn’t even cover the damage to one persons outfit) The food was so so at best regardless of the wine incident. Could not recommend. There is much better at this price point.
Ordered the fried chicken and it was cold and flavorless as was the polenta. The skillet pancake was barely warm and flavorless also. I was really hoping this place would live up to the hype but it sadly did not. I was disappointed in the food.
I normally love Ocotillo (been dining here since it opened), but the last 3 or 4 times I have come in on a Sunday, they have been sold out of at least one of the drinks or items I have tried to order. They open at 10 on Sundays, and have been sold out of the Frose by any time between 11:30 and 12:30, despite the fact that they are open until 3:45. This has occurred over the course of several months, also. Most recently, when I went to order a different drink, they were sold out of that, too. The drink I received was very good, but that was my 3rd try. When we went to order entrees, they were sold out of what we wanted as well. This is disappointing, as it keeps happening, and the server did not indicate on any of her visits that anything was unavailable. We will be taking a break from them until they can pull it together, figure out their pars for busy Sunday brunches, and actually have the full menu available.
Everything was great except the space is very loud between music blasting and lack of sound dampening design.
I give a mixed review.
menu was diverse and interesting, our servers were friendly and helpful, I give high marks for both...
the execution, however was mixed. the lasagne, touted as tasty and popular, arrived burnt on the outside and mushy interior. It even looked bad and never should have made it to the table. All other small plates and pastas were tasty and served in a steady stream. The drink and wine list, both excellent. Ambience was mixed. A great space when you walk in. The noise level was very high in the dining room (and this was early dining at 5pm), we actually moved outside with the misters for an after dinner drink and relaxed conversation. I would return, but probably for drinks and small plate in the bar or outside, not dinner. lastly I have to say the overall attention to detail is poor: ie the plants on the table were half dead and there was a pink bacterial ring in the women's toilet bowl. My overall impression is they are trying to do too much and would be better off if more focused on doing fewer things right.
The portions are very large, I recommend sharing a vegetable or a small. The flavors were new and very delicious. Don't know if I would get the mushroom flan again only due to the texture, the flavor was excellent.
Excellent Food and Service, Love the pictures on the wall that are for sale, when I get some extra money I would like to purchase.
Food was good but everything was way over salted made it tough to taste the food
My son and I both thoroughly loved our food- he has cheesesteak and I had salmon sandwich. Yummy- the service was excellent- we will return . I forgot my credit card and the hostess was nice enough to call me.

We enjoyed our meal.. it was very pleasant and the service was great. I wasn’t completely enamored with the cold broccoli salad side that was served with my sandwich, but overall it was a solid 4+ star visit.
Disappointed I didn’t earn any points, but I’ll survive
Great food, great service, great vibe.
I’ve been here before about 2 years ago and I really Enjoyed everything about it. This time however, things were a bit off for me. The menu was difficult for me to chose from because of the unrecognizable ingredients, and nothing really seemed that appealing to me. I wish the appetizers were more shareable than just basically small plates. Not very fingerfood friendly. The drink I ordered, I sent back because it was weird tasting. My pasta dish was ok but nothing spectacular. No bread or side salad that came with it. No happy hour. I have a hard time with A la carte menus. I usually appreciate more familiar foods on a menu without the addition of nuts or seafood, which I am Allergic to. It’s hard for me to say this was a good value.
Ocotillo has long been a favorite, as long as I can get outdoor seating or the restaurant is not too crowded. Otherwise, you have to shout to have a conversation. The menu offerings are varied, including small plates and dinners, and food is beautifully prepared. You get a new experience almost every time you go because the menu changes. Service is spotty — sometimes great, sometimes on the snooty edge, but I've never had service bad enough to ruin the dining experience. Definitely worth checking out.
Fabulous place for lunch. I wish they could control the noise level but the food and service make up for the noise.
Their dishes are seasonal and creative in a very good way. You have to go many times to try all the wonderful things on the menu!
We've never been disappointed with the food or service. Great spot.
Beef carpaccio appetizer was incredible.
Beef ribs felt like a prehistoric caveman eating right off a gigantic bone. Meat was very tender, BBQ espresso sauce could have been slightly sweeter. Had the perfect amount of kick.
Mesquite chicken was our favorite dish. Absolutely delicious.
Service was top notch and could not have been bettter. Noise level was slightly difficult to hear the person sitting across from you. Prices were fair and in line with experience. Overall would definitely come back and recommend to others. Hope the outdoor bar/patio area begins to stay open later; would be a great area to hang out after dinner.
Wonderful dinner. Started with great cocktails and Caesar salad. Followed with roasted cauliflower-exquisite! We both had the rib eye steaks which were outstanding. Flour less chocolate cake excellent. Our server Natalie was superb! Only bad thing is that the place is REALLY LOUD. Got better after 8pm.
Great place. Can't believe we hadn't come here before. The cocktails are awesomr and so is the wine selection.
I visited ocotillo on a Thursday evening to celebrate my birthday with my mom and it was a really really great experience. We had a phenomenal waiter (whose name was Taylor, I believe) that did an exceptional job. He recommended wine for us based on our interests that we loved and helped us decide on a few great menu items. We got the cauliflower OG, wow, and then Octopus and a beef pasta dish that Mom swooned over. He even brought out a birthday treat to end the evening! The ambiance and scenery was lovely but it did feel busy. 10/10 would recommend.
Always love the substantial and creative menu. I always wonder what the kitchen must look like with the incredible variety of ingredients and number and offerings. Unfortunately, inside. Lose level is off the charts! Have decided not to go until cooler weather when we can enjoy patio seating.
Food was awesome and very accommodating with extra guest arriving
So many flavors on one plate - WOW!
The creative menu was interesting and delicious. Service was excellent.
It was a little noisy and tables are very close together but we'd return because the food was amazing.
Sadly there is no notification that food is cut back to almost nothing from 3:30-5:30. Ocotillo needs to notify people of this and perhaps not take reservations between those times. We had a reservation at 3:45 that could have been made for 3:15 had we known.
Mystic was a great server we really enjoyed her!
Solid go-to place with urban vibe without pretense. Excellent, creative dishes to satisfy carnivores and healthy eaters. Whether indoors or out, small or large parties, special occasions or everyday dining or business meals, Ocotillo satisfies. Highly recommended!
