Mother’s Day celebration I ordered the red snapper which was definitely fresh, cooked to perfection but no seasoning at all. My granddaughter said the same thing about her steak. The appetizers were very tasty

I took my family a party of 10 for Mother’s Day. Everyone had a great time, Ambience was great, servers on point, and the food was flavorful. Looking forward to returning, everyone had a different dish and everyone was pleased.

Unfortunately they lost our ticket and the brunch came out cold. The manager was amazing and took care of 90percent of the bill plus they did get it right the second time. I would go back but only for dinner and not brunch.

The food at Oceanaire was pretty good with the exception of the lobster macaroni and cheese. It was very dry and bland, definitely not the taste that I am used to. On another note the Snapper and chopped seafood salad was amazing and a must try! The service was just okay. Although our waiter had great table side manner, he did not do a good job with our order, the timing of our food was too spaced apart. I put this on our server because he admitted that he didn’t put out entree order in until after our appetizers came out. I will definitely visit again the next time I’m in Orlando.

The food was very bland. We visited the one in Houston and it was delicious, however, the menu at the Orlando location was slightly different and wasn’t seasoned by any means. Food had absolutely no taste. The service was great and seafood was fresh but overall experience was disappointing.

Although my favorite meal (tuna) was not on the menu, my alternate choice, halibut, was excellent. Paired with grilled asparagus and Sauvignon Blanc made a delightful evening. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her sea bass entree. Service was very good and the manager stopped by to see if everything was to our liking. Whenever we are In Orlando, this is one of our favorite places to dine.

Caesar salad was made earlier in the day so overall it was soggy including the croutons. We ordered $100 worth of appetizers rather than main entrees so the level of attention diminished from there. We actually received our bill before our dessert.

Service was extremely slow. Server not attentive, had to request water and water refills. We wondered if there were enough servers. Dine at Oceanaire frequently and this was the first time to have such poor service. Food was fine once we finally received, but took more than 45 minutes to arrive.

Took 45 minutes to get our food, asked the server after 30 min and he said it’s about to come up but took another 15 min. My crab had multiple chunks of shell in it and the Sea bass was very fishy. Really disappointed especially for a $200 dinner for my family

Lauren the server was amazing. Very kind and attentive. The oysters were delicious and so fresh!! The seafood salad was off the charts amazing and overflowing with crab and shrimp. The dressing they use is also delicious. The shrimp scampi was very good. The espresso martinis were perfect. It was a GREAT experience and I’ll definitely return.

Took my wife there for our anniversary. First time at Oceanaire, and its a very nice upscale restaurant and definitely an above average dining experience. Be prepared to drop about $300 for a dinner for two. The server staff was very professional and friendly. The server for our table (Ollie) was fantastic. It was a Saturday night so it was packed and the noise level of people talking was high. Think they should have some jazz music playing softly in the background. My wife ordered the spicy tuna poke appetizer layered with crispy wonton and a wasabi emulsion which was fantastic. I got the grilled oysters rock which wasnt so good. Presentation of the oysters was like artwork, but the oysters were small, topped with a lot of crunchy bacon bits, had no grill flavor, and i could barely taste the parmesan cheese that was supposed to be in the topping. My wife ordered the Caribbean style Snapper "Angry" (which is not on the website menu) and it was amazing. A whole snapper with deep fried in a light crispy batter, with a spicy sauce drizzled over it. I got the Caribbean Triggerfish (also not on the website). It was a smallish looking dish, as the fillet was wrapped in a circle with the other ingredients in the middle.....very artistic presentation. The fish was not overcooked, and the flavor of the fish and the sauce was very mild. Guess people that like mild would appreciate it, but I prefer bold flavor and spice, so i found myself adding pepper and salt to it. Had the grilled asparagus and lobster rice for sides. The asparagus was good but i didnt taste like it was grilled. The lobster rice was very bland and a disappointment. Overall if you want to go somewhere fancy and show your date a special experience and dont mind dropping a few benjamins, Oceanaire is a good place to do that. Personally i like finding places that are a better value.... where the food is still good, the portions are bigger and not so expensive.

Server Roosevelt made the dinner less than pleasing. Between mixing up the order, then telling me they were out of a type of fish to returning to the table to ‘drop’ the menu on the table for Re review. Then argue with me about not using my Landry credits on the meal when I told him not to do so. Frankly, just awful service. He primarily focused on the large party next to us. Portion size of the fish was minuscule - $44 for a 4 oz portion of halibut. Absolutely poor value. The good news was the bar selection of whiskey was excellent along with the bar service.
