Noisy, not tasty and check overcharged
Very good dinner!!! Brett offered excellent service to us! Only complaint was we didn’t get a booth as we requested in our reservation.
The service and food is outstanding! It was my birthday celebration and I felt very special! Love this place!
Excellent service and food!! We enjoyed ourselves and was extremely pleased with our dining choice. We will definitely be returning!
Great experience! Michael was a great server!
The food was amazing and worth the price. Wine was great and the rocking mountain marshmallow with brownie was delicious.
Excellent food and excellent service. Would recommend to anyone
Wonderful meal, great service, terrific ambiance, and fair value. I highly recommend this restaurant for any event. We had a very enjoyable evening.
Food was great, Richie, our server was awesome.
Was there on my husbands birthday and we were there for 1 hour and 50 minutes. Ordered lobster and shrimp. Didn’t eat and the manager didn’t even introduce herself and apologize until I got upset. Adjacent party has the same issue. Was not invited back for the inconvenience. Manager , I believe her name was Tanya needs major coaching.
Service was slow, but other than that, the food was good.
It was an amazing experience! I was my birthday n my server made me feel very special and I loved the menu with happy birthday Nery!!! Thank you to everyone n the food was greatttt!
Overall, a good experience. Restaurant was VERY busy the evening we went. Every table was occupied plus they had a private event in the back room. We had prolonged waits for food and drinks/wine. Noticed a lot of the wait staff was busy with the back room as their food was coming out. Had other tables sat, waited on served and bused while we waited. Not a terrible inconvenience but made for a long night. Food and desserts were very good. No complaints there. Just maybe bad luck but would definitely go back
Always amazing! We are always treated like VIP's, and the food is fresh and delicious every time! Love this place!
Plenty of outdoor & indoor seating. Very relaxing atmosphere and errific service.
The absolute best food, customer service, and setting.
Spectacular food as always. One of my favorite stops when I visit Orlando.
Great food and service! Could use a little more lighting but overall was a great venue.
Great food...Great service...Try the Barramundi...best we have ever tasted. Also good drinks!
I cannot remember our waitresses name but she was from the East Coast and reminded me of Sandra Bullock :-). She was very professional yet held very casual conversation with us which is what we prefer and I could tell she was well adversed in meeting the people she serves needs.
Celebrated 37th anniversary. We requested Rich, who we have had as a server several times. He doesn’t disappoint. Always courteous and pleasant. I have a gluten allergy and he knows the menu very well, making it safe for a good selection.
We were put in the back by the kitchen where our view was a wall and waiters constantly coming and going. We were under several vents and were freezing. Had to keep our coats on the whole time. Paid way to much to not a it in the main dining room and be so cold.
Outstanding-Roosevelt was a fantastic server. Very Enjoyable!
Had a great mean and server was awesome.
We had the best time at the Oceanaire on Sunday evening during our stay in Orlando. The drinks, food, and atmosphere were top notch. Our server Tim was so accommodating and made us feel very welcome. The oysters were amazing. Thank you for a wonderful evening!!
Last night was a rough one for us. We frequently attend Oceanaire, especially in Indianapolis. We usually have a big group of customers/clients and my husband chooses Oceanaire because of the amazing food and fabulous service. We have had our children with us before and the food/attention/pace of the meal has always been perfect.
Last night, it was just our family. From the moment we walked in, it felt as if we were putting everyone out. They seemed annoyed. I don’t know if it was because of the kids but that was the vibe both my husband and I felt.
I did note that we would like to sit outside and would need a highchair. Neither request was accommodated. When we were seated inside it took a good while for the highchair to come. Not a huge deal, but that was the start.
Having 3 small children we usually know exactly what we want right away so we can move pretty quickly and not be too disruptive. When we wanted to order drinks, apps, kids food, we were told to give just the drink order and then we can order appetizers. 20 minutes later appetizers and kids food were ordered. We were told to wait to order our food until the waiter came back.
We finally ordered our food. 5 mins later the kids food came. It was good. ONE HOUR After we received the appetizers our food finally came. My husband ordered 1.5 lbs of crab legs and I ordered scallops. Not difficult dishes to prepare ( there were 4 broiled scallops on my plate) I also never received the soup that I ordered. The food tasted great as always but the service left a lot to be desired. What should have been an easy enjoyable dinner turned into a frustrating 2.5 hour event.
We will rethink our dinner choice next time we are in Orlando.
OUR GROUP WAS THERE FROM 7 TO TEN PM OUR ORDERS TOOK TOO LONG, THE FOOD WAS GOOD, BUT WAY OVER PRICED. THE MENU RELFECTED THE PRICES AND WE KNEW WAHT THE PRICES WHERE BUT VERY DISAPOINTED IN SIZE SERVINGS. FOUR DOLLARS FOR ONE OYSTER IS WAY TOO MUCH
Fantastic, Kieth was extremely personable and professional. I would return on my next trip back to the area if possible.
The service was second to none and the fresh octopus appetizer was tremendous.
The food was excellent. The waiter was rude and impatient answering questions about the food prep re sauces and flavors. When we asked for more bread he seemed frustrated. Oysters were ordered as an appetizer and never arrived. A beer was ordered and 20 minutes later he came and said they didn't have it.
We spent 4 hours trying to complete a meal for 8. The Manager made it right and is the only reason we would return. Food was spectacular once prepared and delivered according to the correct timing.
They were out of the baked Alaska (main reason our son chose this for his bday) but the made up for it by bringing us every dessert on the menu.
Would go back but hoping to not have to wait an hour for mains just for it to be extremely dry and cold. Second try was spectacular and the black grouper was incredible
Guest enjoyed filet, Wine was good, Salmon was good - however I have been eating @ Oceanaire in various city’s for years - always enjoy the lump white Crab Cakes (something was Majorly off this visit) - taste, texture, color, etc) - disappointing! I did not say anything because staff worked hard and was very pleasant - I will be back in Orlando in 2 weeks again for a week for meetings, may have to try some other seafood restaurant on Open Table that have high reviews - Thanks
A little slow for drinks and appetizers but food was very good
Excellent Seafood selections. Sea Bass was terrific.
Service a bit spotty- very attentive & then not.
Will go back as overall very good
Food was fantastic!
Pricey restaurant but the quality is well worth it. Had my birthday dinner here with a few friends and it was nice, the food was great.
Exceptional food and most of all an exceptional server. She was well trained on the menu and was able to make recommendations for our gluten sensitive guests. First class.
The service was horrible. It was so bad that the manager comped a couple of items for us, which was nice, but still, for a Friday night, very disappointing!
Appetizers very good - tuna poke, excellent
Entrees - fish was either tough or the Wahoo, recommended rare or medium rare was “fishy” tasting.
Stags leap Artemis, normally a great Cabernet, was nearly a “send back”. Tasted like it was overheated or dry cork at some point. Overall - very disappointing. Not to be too harsh, but you’d get a better entree at red lobster.
Good but not great.
