   Beautiful restaurant poor kitchen execution. Branzino overcooked. It’s a high end fish house. Ouch! Asparagus came to the table as we were 75% done with the entrees. Ouch! The waiter did apologize and offer free dessert. Valet parking $24 dollars. The Prime Rib down the street valet parking is$12. They want loyal repeat customers. Oceanaire is a good restaurant it could be a great restaurant. If management reads this tell the waiters not to reach across the table in front of the person who is paying the check to give a fork to the adjacent diner. Walk around to them . Ouch!!

   It was a special birthday date with my wife, the host acknowledged in the reservation, and there was nothing special. The sourdough tasted off, the fresh washed plain veggies is a weird choice to offer, the crab cakes were excellent, we got a water refill once and our bottle was taken away, never re-offered, and my wife did not care for her main course, chicken fried lobster and her mashed potatoes were dry and off-putting flavor. They were more worried about cleaning up plates with food still on them. Oh and we were placed in a tightly fitting booth with not enough light to read the menu, a difficult blue with white print. A chef had come out to another table with a pen light stating its a known problem.

   Absolutely delicious! Took 45 minutes but the was was worth it.

   Always enjoy the delicious food at Oceanaire and the staff are always so helpful. Definitely recommend to others.

   This was a wonderful dining experience! Our hotel staff member recommended the Oceanaire Seafood Room - DC, and myself and my two adult sons enjoyed a terrific meal. The food, from the seafood tower to the Chilean Sea Bass to the Baked Alaska was phenomenal. Paige, our server, provided excellent, friendly service, and the ambiance was much to our liking. We will definitely be return customers when we visit Washington - DC again!!!

   Great restaurant, great service. We had a 40th birthday dinner with a group of 10 and it was the perfect setting. Our server Nelson was 10 out of 10 amazing. everything he recommended was great and overall we had a great experience would definitely come back again.

   We had another fantastic dinner at The Oceanaire! The atmosphere was welcoming as always, and the highlight of our evening was Wayne behind the bar—he makes a perfect cocktail. The steak was cooked exactly medium rare, just the way we like it, and the hashbrowns were perfectly crisp. Between the stellar food and consistently excellent service, it’s no wonder we keep coming back. Highly recommend!

   Can I just say the service here was the best I have experienced in a really long time! The waitress was lovely, the manager came to chat with us a couple times and we shared great stories. Food was plentiful, enjoyed the menu options, everything was really yummy. Highly recommend!

    Had a great experience overall. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by the hostees and escorted to the table. The waiter was pleasant, attentive and provided great service. The filet mignon was cooked exactly as I ordered it and I enjoyed my experience overall. The oysters were also fresh and I would recommend this restaurant.
