Our waitress, Jamie was absolutely amazing! I truly appreciate her positive energy, attention to detail and outstanding service! She was extremely knowledgeable, prompt and professional. I will be returning the the Baltimore location again!!
This was our first time at Oceanaire and we were truly impressed! We originally planned to come for restaurant week, but we decided to order from the regular menu. Everything we had was absolutely fantastic, especially the lobster mac and cheese! This was definitely a “splurge” date night for us, but my boyfriend and I both agreed it was worth every penny. Service was great and the food came out very quickly. We can’t wait to come back!
The waitress very nice and gracious.
The entire crew was great.
A friend and I came to experience restaurant week. Our waitress was amazing, recommended good wine and the food was also amazing! I'll definitely be returning.
From the time we entered the door, it was special. Delicious calamari, yummy lobster Mac and cheese, best sea bass ever! Service was impeccable! Will be back soon!
The food was so good and I never had fried rice that taste so good and lobster was really good.
The server was beyond excellent!!
Delicious but pricey. We were surprised by the cost of the special of the day Chilean sea bass with crab and one scallop, which was $73 per person. Our total tab with one salad, two entrees, one side vegetable, 3 glasses of wine was just under $277 including tip.
Service was amazing…highlighted everything I would enjoy for my birthday dinner. From the crab cakes, sea bass, meal was moist and full of flavor. Topped it off with the signature Alaska dessert and flourless dark chocolate cake, scrumptious! Best birthday celebration yet! Thank you everyone especially my waiter. I couldn’t have asked for a better person.
My husband and I had a wonderful experience. It had been years since our last visit to the Oceanaire. To be honest, years ago I didn’t care for the menu. But now, the menu is so good. They have a variety that will accommodate almost anyone. Andrew ( the manager) was very accommodating and polite. He kept checking on us, asking us if everything was okay with the drinks, food etc. Tori ( our waitress) was very nice and accommodating as well. She recommended the scallops for my appetizer and of course they were delicious.
My husband had steak, potato’s, shrimp and grits and the lobster mac and cheese. Everything was soooooo good.
I had the scallops, chicken fried lobster, fried lobster rice and cream corn. So so so good.
Thanks for the wonderful experience Oceanaire.
I thought the resturant was very nice , a bit noisy and not as private as I'd like tables on top of one another and could hear all conversations around me . Scallops were overcooked shrimp rubber and 250 dollars for two of us with only one drink a piece a but overpriced even for farm to table . Many more restaurants in area.
Great Food, Great atmosphere. The server was fantastic and very helpful
this is one of my favorite restaurants in Baltimore. It was restaurant week and their special menu was perfect and worth the cost.
Best oysters and cocktails! The baked Alaska is a favorite!!
The ambience and seafood were very good. Our waiter disappeared after delivering our cocktails and appetizers. Once the appetizers plates and cocktail glasses were cleared we waited ~25 minutes for the wine we had ordered but it didn't appear until I walked up to the front desk and asked them to find our missing waiter and wine. The waiter was crabby when he reappeared and did not apologize for the delay. Not the service I would expect at a restaurant of this caliber and price.
The crab cakes were best we've had since visiting.
Sat for 30 min before we had to ask for a cocktail before our dinner. Understaffed must have been the problem, for polite as our waitress was, we could tell it was going to be a long dinner. The dirty martini my guest was given was not suppose to be dirty and when the waitress finally came back to take our order she saw the disappointment on my wife’s face and said ‘that was dirty, wasn’t it. I’ll get you another’. She knew that when she served it hoping my wife wouldn’t notice? NYC oceanaire was incredible which is why we chose this one. Big mistake.
Service and food were excellent. I was so glad my husband was able to get the last piece of halibut for his birthday. 😘
Let parties who have most of their guests go to their table
Oceanaire the ambitious, the service and the food was amazing. I ordered the grilled seafood mixer. Everything was top notch.
Expensive but worth every penny
My sister's birthday
Returned here after Pandemic hiatus. Pleased to see it busy and bustling. Have been here many times beforehand. We were surprised at increase in menu prices- at least 25%. Is now very pricey.
But, wonderful ambience and excellent service. It seems short on servers but no surprise. Most tables filled with business folks, surely on expenses.
Expect to drop at least $200 for dinner for two.
Food was great waiter was forgetful and his tone came off as being rude also was told when I made the reservation that I could bring a cake for the occasion but when I arrive to the restaurant I was told we cannot bring any outside food
This was our second time there. The first time was exceptional! However, the second time was a little disappointing. First of all, we wanted mojiots which we had there previously and they were delicious. However, this time they did not have the ingredients and could not make them. What kind of bar runs out of ingredients? Also, the shrimp were not as good as previously, but they were still ok.
We went for our 1 year wedding anniversary. We loved the food, the environment, EVERYTHING. We would love to come back again!
We came here after a game at the ball park, first time ever in the area. The food was excellent. My brother practically inhaled the Thai curry chilean sea bass with boo Chou. My sockeye salmon with ratatouille and nuts- an unlikely combo that worked perfectly. Great service from our knowledgeable waiter.
The seafood is fantastic. The service…..even better. Money well spent
Food was just above good. Service was not. Took way too long to get our food. The special i had was fair. Sauce was tasteless . We were a party of 9 and half were satisfied . Birthday party and couldnt even offer a pice of cake with an 800 dollar check
We would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an amazing seafood dinner!
Good Salmon and Chilean Sea Bass!
The food and the server were excellent. Worth the price.
It was amazing! Food! Service! Atmosphere!
Would recommend a thousand times over!
65th Birthday celebration for a friend.
Our waitress was excellent she explain the menu and offered her best opinion on the food. Food to cooked to perfection
Freshest seafood! Ahi tuna, Crabcakes and scallops all outstanding!
It wasn’t a great experience. They were out of crab cocktail and they totally over cooked my Sea Bass. The waitress agreed it was over cooked but unfortunately they didn’t have anymore Sea Bass. My husbands Halibut was delicious though.
Great food and service.
Great date. Our server was outstanding. The manager was very nice.
Our waiter was incredibly helpful and made great recommendations regarding both food and drinks. Charlie was also very nice and helpful. The food was incredible and I am very happy I got to eat there.
