Being out dining for the first time since the pandemic started was a little uneasy because I felt there was too much people in the restaurant but other than that it was great.

A little crowded for COVID but service was great

The restaurant does a good job in addressing Covid issues and takes appropriate cautions with seating and staff protocols. Service is a bit slow due to Covid related staffing challenges but acceptable for the type of restaurant. Excellent quality food but pricey.

Service was poor. Bread was never offered. Then we requested and server forgot. Finished first glass of wine during salad. No server return till main course served and empty glass. Requested 2nd glass and did not get for ten minutes after main course finished. We eat at a lot of Landry’s and worse service in memory.

We had great service and the food was really good.

Very Satisfied! The food are Excellent and very delicious. I love the romantic atmosphere , the lights are dimmed and we were seated in a corner which gave me and my husband some privacy. The seats are like a round couch and very spacious. Our server is exceptional, she’s always checking us making sure our food is ok and if we need anything. Overall, its was a great experience. We would definitely go back and recommend it to family and friends!

Oceanaire did exceptional at accommodating to our large group reservation. They were communicative, food was exceptional, and drinks were great.

My only concern was ambiance was very dark. There is very low lighting which would have been nice if it was a little brighter.

Overall I will be returning.

Food was ok, but not what u was expecting for 180 dollars. Service was slow and took 3 hours for an appetizer main course and dessert. Would not recommend.

Service was extremely slow. 7:30 reservation, left the restaurant at almost 9:30. Husbands drink never came out right. Sent it back 3x

The evening started off great, the food was good across the board, but our service was completely lackluster. Our server was great at the beginning of our evening, but she essentially vanished after taking our food order. We waited 15 min for a second round of drinks and once those were dropped off we didn’t see our server again for another 25 minutes. I ended up going to the host stand to request our check because we couldn’t get our servers attention. I am in the industry and have worked on fine dining for more than a decade and feel that I have a good understanding of the dinner rush and when servers are weeded, I am usually more understanding than those I am dining with, but this experience got to the point of being inexcusable. We were in from out of town visiting for the first time and will go elsewhere for the price when we visit again.

My husband and I didn’t know what to expect upon entering the establishment because we’d called ahead a few hours prior to make reservations but we were hung up on. So I made reservations via Open table. We got there 15 minutes before our reservation and were seated exactly 15 minutes later. We loved our cozy booth. There was a birthday party going on that was a bit loud from time to time but other than that it was quiet. The food was amazing! Our waitress, Cassie was the best! She took great care of us during our dinner along with everyone else and she kept great energy in the process. The food is pricy but it’s well worth it. Great place for special occasions. We will visit again!

My reservations were for 8pm we didn’t get seated till about 8:45 it took us almost 1 1/2 before we got our appetizers. Food took about 2 hours. The food was excellent but that was a long time to wait.

Service was slow. I uncorked our bottle of sparkling after waiting on the server. We waited forever for bread and had to remind for the olive oil, salt and pepper. King crab legs came out cold and had to be sent back. Lobster Mac and cheese was excellent. Table was not cleared before coffee was served. Coffee with baileys was Luke warm with a glob of ice cold cream with on top. It was a hot mess for an anniversary dinner and we will not recommend Oceanaire.

Calamari was underwhelming, but the lobster fried rice was pretty good.

Our waiter seemed a bit all over the place. Had to ask multiple time for simple things (e.g., napkins, remove finished plated from the table, etc.). It was my sister’s birthday, when the check arrived it say there was a bday dessert but we never received it which was kind of a bummer as she was visiting from out of town. I know times are a little tougher but we were super patient. Customer service just seemed to be lacking.

The food was excellent, but the service was exceedingly slow. The manager tried to make up for the lack of service and very kind and solicitous. However, we still ended up waiting over an hour for food. That kind of delay should have merited an discounted bill.

Long wait with reservation.. crowded.. poor service... food was not good

Reservation was for 8:45pm and We had to wait until 9:40 to be seated. The waitress made a mistake on my entree and after being told about it two times, she finally brought the correct sides out for the meal 30 minutes later. At this time I was already finished with my entree. The coffee came out cold. There was no social distancing in place. It was an overall bad experience. The food did come out warm and it was prepared well.

Not what you would expect from this restaurant.

I was extremely disappointed with Oceannaire. I have been there many times and always had a good meal & experience but this past Saturday was not good at all. They were not following coronavirus protocols. The restaurant was packed, every table was full. They also had huge groups up people waiting in the entrance area because they were running late. In addition, our service was very slow and all of the staff seemed overwhelmed. The food was very good but not worth the price for the service.

Loud and was not as intimate as I would have liked.

Too expensive for tiny portions. Smelled fishy upon entering. Lost our waitress several times but found her hanging out with the bartender. Very disappointing

My husband and I wanted to celebrate and wanted seafood so decided to try this restaurant! I have to say the food and the service was exceptional! Nowadays it’s hard to find a place with even mediocre service so to say that the service was exceptional is almost unheard of!!!

Everything about Oceanaire was great. From the service to the wine and the food. I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys fine dining

Had a lovely dining experience with my wife. Atmosphere and décor was excellent. In web site they require business casual dress code, but people are allowed in in t-shirts and baseball caps.

It was my 60th birthday celebration and they were very accommodating. Treated me and my family extremely well. We had a fabulous and fun time.
