   Service was very friendly and prompt. My husband enjoyed the filet mignon he ordered. I would order the red and yellow beet salad again, it is excellent. Desserts were delicious, including the grand marnier crème brulee and the key lime pie with coconut crust. Very nice selection of cocktails and wine as well as liquors. I would definitely recommend and if I return to area, would dine here again.

   Do not miss this St. Thomas treasure. Formerly the Russian embassy, transformed into an amazing dining venue with sunset views to die for. Ryan was an amazing host/server with excellent menu suggestions. Set away from the hustle and bustle, it’s a new favorite. Hope to return before we depart!

   It’s been a long time since we dined at Oceana but it did not disappoint. The open air dining room sits along the French town Harbour just beyond Charlotte Amalie. There is not a bad seat in the dining room and everything faces the water. The atmosphere is elegant and at night very romantic, and feels very exclusive and private given its location. The fruit is among the very best on St. Thomas. Our family started w the fresh focaccia bread and the wahoo ceviche. The bread was fresh and flavorful in the ceviche was outstanding and loaded with fresh wahoo.. For entrées, we tried the filet, the diver scallops, and the Bouillbaisse. The scallops were massive and flavorful, the filet seasoned and cooked to perfection and the bouillabaisse full of lobster, clams, shrimp and fresh fish in a beautiful saffron broth…..beyond tasting good, the presentation was also top notch and artful. Don’t miss the flourless chocolate cake and French pressed coffee either Service was professional but not overly friendly or welcoming and pace of dinner could have been a bit more relaxed given the price but it wasn’t a huge negative. Prices are high but the views and the food are worth it - there are few substitutions and no kids menus to know that going in….overall a wonderful evening in st Thomas

    We enjoyed a wonderful anniversary celebration at Oceana Bistro. The perfect table, a sweet card of congratulations, and a bright, fun sparkler with our desserts were the extras. Outstanding sunset views of nearby islands. The basics were perfection - staff were exceptional, from our server to the friendly guys helping out. Let ‘Rrrrrrraisin-hic’ take your picture - it turned out beautifully. Food was delicious and was served promptly (scallops and mahi). Best key lime pie ever - which was totally upscaled. Prices were high but worth it for the experience and flavors.
