Inside and out, Ocean Terrace offers a refined dining experience against the stunning backdrop of Cape Cod Bay. At this Cape Cod restaurant, take a seat and sip on a refreshing glass of wine while gazing over the water’s horizon.

Guests can dine on elevated New England fare at every meal, including a grilled lobster roll with basil aioli, a hearty bowl of traditional clam chowder, and delectable oysters on the half shell. When the evening grows dark, gather out on the terrace and warm your spirits over fire bowls and conversation.

Tried to grab a drink and snack here mid afternoon at the bar. We sat at the bar and despite being empty and having 3 bartenders waited close to 10 minutes for menus. After waiting another 10 to be waited on we left. We unfortunately then had dinner reservations that evening and hoped maybe table service would be better and it was also horrible. Had to ask the waitress to order and flag someone down anytime we wanted anything, like another drink. Food was also mediocre. Only redeemable quality is the view… otherwise don’t go here.

I received a phone call in the afternoon confirming our reservation and asking if we could possibly come at 6:45 instead of 7 and I said sure so we arrived and the host said your reservation isn't until seven and I explained the phone call and she said I don't know who would've done that and I said well someone did I then showed her my phone - that I had received a call from the restaurant and she said oh I believe you, but we don't have anything available right now. You'll have to wait until seven She was very rude about all of it and then came and got us three minutes later and sat us at a table.

Poor service and nothing impressive about the food. Had to chase down our waiter 3x to get simple things like a fork and knife. The bus boy was removing my plates to clear way for entree literally as I was still taking bites of my appetizer. Finally had to go into the servers' station in a staff-only hut (where it seems the wait staff hangs out) to give them my credit card so we could leave.

One of the top spots to enjoy a casual, elegant dining experience overlooking Cape Cod Bay. Having dined there three times recently, the servers are remarkable in their attention in every detail to their guests. My only suggestion would be to add a few more moderately priced main course options for those with smaller appetites.

We had a wonderful time last night. The service was excellent and the food was fabulous! We were hesitant from all the negative reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised! I think some people expect perfection but this was a very busy time of year and they did a wonderful job! We will definitely return!

We had a reservation on July 5th Saturday night and our server name was Roy and he was fantastic! Our dinner reservation was an engagement celebration and he was great! Constantly keeping up with the drinks making sure no one’s wine glass was empty! Food was brought out at perfect timing and the atmosphere was amazing! Definitely would recommend for a place to have a celebration dinner at! Will be back again!

We were a little disappointed with our visit at Ocean Edge. The service was extremely slow with dirty dishes not being picked up. No plates for the appetizers we ordered and my Chardonnay was room temperature. I had to ask for a glass of ice to make it cold which diluted the wine. Our server did not return to ask if we wanted dessert and did not bring our check. I had to ask a manager walking around to get our check
