   Food was ok at best. My wife’s fish was dry and my shrimp added to pasta was over cooked and chewy. It was our 39th anniversary and we had asked multiple times to be sat on the glass in the reservation and even asked Nobu Hotel to ask, which they did. When we arrived they didn’t say a thing and set us at an inside table. When I asked they said they didn’t have a table on the glass. Once we ate our salad, they picked up our silverware, then brought or dinners and brought no silverware. We asked for some and the wait staff forgot. Y the time another staff member came by and we had to ask again and our food had gotten cold. We didn’t say anything to management as by this time we were so disappointed we just wanted to leave. Not a great experience for us. Hope yours is better.

   Just a very mediocre meal. We started with the focaccia, was more like flavorless toast. The caesar salad was fine. All 4 of us ordered the steak frites, two of us ordered medium rare, two ordered medium, they all came out medium (though the mediums were almost medium well). Was a long day, we just needed a quick meal, but when the steak frites is only $45 (not the typical $65-85 at a steakhouse) we should have known better. And our fries were warm not hot like they should have been. The setting was nice on a beautiful evening but i had higher hopes.

   Pretty view … had avacado pizza … interesting…. Very quiet for a weekend.

   Sat for over an over (with dinner reservations) only to never receive my food. If I didn’t ask to speak with anyone, no one would’ve acknowledged my daughter and I sitting there. We were provided water at the table and nothing else. The manager caught us walking out and offered to bring the food to our room but it was already after 845pm. The waiter than provided us our food to go and it was by far the worst ever. They stated after the fact the fryer broke so everything was being baked. The wings were undercooked, under sauced, just terrible. Needless to say we’ll never come back.

   We had such a bad experience many times at this restaurant. The food is just ok and the service is beyond horrible. Very very slow. They automatically charge 22% service fee for such bad service. Very unacceptable

   Server forgot to place our order - took 45 mins for them to realize once I asked about it. They did make it up with free pastries

   Restaurant was closed when we arrived. Never got a chance to eat there. It looks beautiful. I’ll assume it’s a great restaurant. Please do not charge us for our reservation. We had to eat elsewhere.

   Brandon and all the other servers were amazing. Their friendly demeanor and suggestions were excellent. The food was outstanding would definitely go back for the steaks, highly recommend the ribeye and the brussels sprouts, and even the drinks were delicious.

    Great food. The service was attentive and the server very responsive. I loved how light and fluffy the eggs were.
