    Francisco was amazing! He was attentive, explained specials perfectly n made us all feel important. He was an amazing waiter/server. Outstanding experience because of him.

    Excellent experience until the bill came. Don’t mild spending top dollar for a fine dining experience, however have no tolerance for unexpected and undisclosed “surcharge “ of any magnitude. Waiter was embarrassed and had a tough time explaining why there was a surcharge. He offered to speak to his manager about removing the surcharge and then came back with the surcharge still on the bill. Excellent waiter. Management put him in an uncomfortable position.Shame on you for sneaking in a surcharge for whatever reason. Done with Ocean Prime.

    We weren’t seated at our reservation time. Took 20 mins to order drinks at table. Then took over an hour for apps to arrive to table. Seated at 7:20 at 8:40 had just received appetizers.

    Wow!! What a wonderful dining experience! The seafood, steaks and jalapeño potatoes were standouts. Our party of four had a memorable evening.

    I’ve ate at Ocean Prime multiple times and the experience here was good, but the steak was underwhelming. One person ordered A5 Waygu and another person ordered Australian Waygu and both were underwhelming. The apps were great and the sides were delicious, the steak just didn’t measure up. We’ll try again, but it just wasn’t up to what we’ve experienced at other Ocean Prime locations.
