This is our second visit to Ocean Prime and we thought we would give it another chance. The food was excellent kudos to the chef, the service was not. We were seated all the way in the back corner and it took 20 minutes to even approach our table. When someone finally arrived we ordered our drinks and appetizers and had to ask what were the specials because he took our order and never told us. Appetizers came first and drinks followed after. I asked for some popcorn from the bar and waiter said he would bring and didn’t. Then were ordered dinner and we received the bread after our entries arrived. My husband had to ask for a steak knife twice. He asked for extra toppings for his potato and salt and pepper and it never arrived. We ordered dessert and it came and was delicious. For the price we expect Tru Lux or Sails impeccable service, but is not even close. We have had the same experience both visits and won’t return. Such a shame!

As always food was top notch, I had the scallops and risotto, husband had Sea Bass, had salads and my fave Paper Plane for drinks. We were seated in very back of restaurant, our waiter was hard to find and never asked if we wanted refills on water or drinks. Had to ask about specials. Of course we will be back, waiter was either new or an off night.

Another wonderful meal. It was very busy due to tree lighting festivities, yet the service and food were excellent. Never disappoints!

We were greeted by both the water person and waiter with a "ladies and gentlemen" greeting. Given that it was just my fiancé and I who were dining, the plural form of these words is grammatically incorrect. And so, were they demonstrating their ignorance of proper grammar or inability to count? Regardless, it's silly. Since we are planning a wedding rehearsal dinner for April, I went to the hostess stand and asked to speak with whomever is responsible for such events. A gentleman (singular) told me the woman responsible was, in fact, there, and that he would have her come to our table. Well, roughly 1 1/2 hours later, she never showed. I've had other poor experiences at this location, and am beginning to wonder what the problem is.

Fantastic service, food, waiter recommendations, ambience, details, and very comfortable. I wish we had once in Palm Beach Gatdens or Jupiter like this one.

We enjoyed a meal here for my husband’s birthday. The staff was extremely attentive, filling our wine glasses and water every time they got even close to empty. The crab cake was “the best I’ve ever had” according to my husband. He thoroughly enjoyed his steak and the sea scallops were cooked perfectly. The chocolate birthday dessert they brought out for my husband was perfection and he was so pleased by the end of this meal!

Outstanding service and food. We had no idea the Christmas parade was going on but the staff handled the extra traffic beautifully. We had two little ones with us and our waiter was very attentive as well as being intuitive about bringing their food out early and moving our experience along at the perfect pace.

Our experience was fantastic! We had a fabulous server(Camara I think)!!! She was exceptional! Leanna got us a great table with a view of the Xmas parade! All or our dinners were outstanding, as was the dessert! We are from Cbus so are regularly at Cameron's restaurants!!

We were celebrating a special birthday. Everything was perfect, food, drinks and service. We had the grouper special of the evening and also the sea bass. The rest of the party had beef which were generous portions, cooked to everyone's liking. Would highly recommend Ocean Prime!

It was a solid restaurant. But was disappointed they ran out of Whispering Angel Rose and didn’t have another rose option. Never had that experience in a restaurant before.

Great experience overall. We come to Ocean Prime once every couple of months or so, and this time was the best so far. It consistently improves from one visit to another, service was flawless, and attention to detail was unmatchable. Thank you!

Bar service was terrible. Bartenders did not acknowledge customers willing to drop $15 on a drink. Fortunately, our waiter, Paul was exceptional. He could not have been more professional and pleasant.

I arrived promptly at 6pm for my reservation and I had a special request for a bar table which they already had reserved for me and ready. It was such a pleasure to have a prompt server come to the table to welcome me. The service with Lauren all night was wonderful. She was so pleasant and was prompt for all requests. Definitely a great meal as well. This is a beautiful space that is classy and sophisticated and will definitely be back.

OP is one of my favorite restaurants in Naples. My only complaint as far as food after our last dinner is that my partner's steak was undercooked by at least two temperatures. Service was great. Only other complaint is that they allow people to wear baseball hats and dress very casually. I just do not think that should be permitted when you are spending hundreds of dollars in a very high-end dining environment. It brings it down to a casual feeling, as opposed to a special evening out.

We went early and had wonderful drinks at the bar. Friendly bartenders and ambience. We ordered from the three course menu for dinner. The choices are diverse. I had the salad and the filet. Both were perfect! The carrot cake is to die for. Highly recommend!

We celebrated our 30th anniversary at Ocean Prime and everything was outstanding from the greeting, table setting, warm and friendly service and of course the food. Virtually everyone made sure to come over and congratulate us on our special evening. We've been to this location often yet every time still feels special.
