We were disappointed in the overall experience. For a fine dining restaurant we expect things to be top notch. Our waiters service was fair at best, my Florida grouper was forgetable... when the waiter asks you how your cream corn was and not the meal there is a reason for that. We are foodies and enjoy fine dining but this was not even close. Very expensive and very underwhelming.

Our experience was top notch from sitting at the bar prior to being seated at our table. The food was cooked to our satisfaction and the service was excellent.

Outstanding! The restaurant is beautiful. The service is friendly and professional. And most importantly, the meal was delicious, atheistically presented, and most enjoyable. The menu has great variety and both of the meals we had were wonderful. We will be back!

Food was good not great. Service a little slow. Sat in what I guess was a private dining room area. Ambience minimal. Prices very high. All in all a mediocre experience for the money.

Ate at Ocean Prime to celebrate our anniversary. Another couple accompanied us. Our reservation was at 4:45, and we were seated after a very short wait. We ordered from the early bird menu. Kevin, our server, was polite and attentive. The bar and surrounding area were very noisy, but we were seated in a corner area, and it was nice. All in all, a wonderful evening.

Did the early dinner special - fantastic food, great deal. Best scallops I've had in a long time, teriyaki salmon was great, loved the peanut butter cup and carrot cake desserts.

We got our table 30 minutes late and it was not what we requested. In years past, the service was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about their product; not anymore. Ordered a tomahawk steak and got a relatively thin cut bone-in ribeye with a short rib. Tough and a little over-cooked. Sides were average. It used to be a really good steakhouse but now it’s kind of average.

Ocean Prime is always an excellent dining experience and the Bubbly and Berries make it more so!

Meals were fair,sent back Crab cake dinners (2) had a off taste, Scollop meals ok but risotto not much taste and Luke warm

Atmosphere, service and food was truly amazing! The hostesses need better training as they were so bad we almost left.

This is one of our favorite places in Naples. It never disappoints.

Great Vibe, downtown Naples always hustle & bustle. Have been coming for years, hands down the best server "Cat", personable, knows all menu items, great recommendations, very attentive. Food & Cocktails top notch!

Our server was amazing!

We have been to Ocean Prime Naples previously as we live north of Philadelphia, and visiting for a break from the winter weather. Our expectations were far surpassed with excellent food, atmosphere and grand customer service from our waiter Paul. We had oysters and crab cake for apps, and split the bone in cowboy rib eye and requested it rare and it was excellent!!! Finished off with chocolate cake ala mode, just superb! Thank you!

The wait staff and Managers are great

Great night out. However, the restaurant is set up and crowded as if coronavirus does not exist. No distancing whatsoever. If you are comfortable with that I rate it a 5. It made me a bit uncomfortable.

It was our 1st time at the restaurant. We were very pleased with the experience. The food was amazing, the service was great! I had the salmon, my husband had a sirloin, both very good!

Ocean Prime is one of Naples' best restaurants. Our drinks, wine, appetizers, entrees and dessert were just superb. We were fortunate to have the wonderful Chad as our server. He took great care of us. Thank you, Chad! We look forward to returning soon for another great experience!

My 3rd consecutive year celebrating my birthday here. Enjoy all aspects of the restaurant. Atmosphere is great, service attentive & many menu choices. Expensive but well worth it & inline with similar caliber restaurants.
