   Very plain interior, no view. Food mediocre but good size portions with family style sides. Steaks were good, not great. Desserts are huge, cheesecake highly recommended! Enough to share. Kept wanting to take our plates when we weren't done. Service was prompt and friendly. The bathrooms were amazing!

   Ocean Prime was fantastic. Our waitress was amazing and made us feel very welcome and recommended some great items. Although pricey, the seafood tastes extremely fresh and everything paired really well together. Overall it made for a great anniversary dinner.

   For the price it's just okay. Super expensive and I didn't feel the steaks or seafood was much better than other typical steak houses.

   Everything was excellent. Our server, Aly, was awesome. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the wines and food. She didn’t over pour the wine, which is something that happens at other establishments sometimes, so we didn’t feel rushed. The goat cheese ravioli was amazing. We’ll be back!

   OMG! The food was simply spectacular! My 1st time & my birthday dinner with co-workers. Fine Dining @ its best. Kind of wish the wait staff would have just let us eat & converse though. Coming over every 7-10mins was alot. It is pricey... It won't be somewhere I go every week but possibly once a month or every other. The food was just that good. That I have to try everything now!

   I usually go to EddyV's but a friend of a friend suggested try you. We liked it and will return regularly. Only lacked the one drink my wife likes at EddyV's; the Maverick. I thought the lack of oyster choices was disappointing but the 'East Coast' 'West Coast' selection was good. We did not test the one downfall of EddyV's; that is the wine brought to the table is never the year on the menu. I have no idea why they bother printing the year.

    We Celebrated our daughters birthday. The food was outstanding and the service was top notch. Our server Brea was helpful and attentive without smothering us. We would definitely recommend Ocean Prime for any occasion.

    Amazing as always. We always loved the one in Beverly Hills and were so excited when an Ocean Prime was opened closer to our home. Everything was amazing as always. Amazing service.

    Our server was forgetful and asked us twice if we were ready for another bottle when we had plenty left in a bottle that we had decanter. She forgot we ordered and crab cake and they were out of the Colorado lamb, which was was my husband was hoping to eat. We spent over $300 and got 54th street service at best.

    We had a wonderful dinner! Hannah was a great server and very friendly! The music was a little loud for being an upscale restaurant, we had to talk loudly to be able to be heard.

    Ordered the sea bass and fried fish (grouper) sandwich. Both were excellent. Grouper was crispy on the outside and very juicy inside. Loved the jalapeño tartar also. The bread was soggy and pasty, however. Ambiance is very corporate-feeling and the tables are close together. Could hear conversations from other tables, which is not good. And the music was very loud. Butter cake was outstanding. So was the cosmopolitan! Will come back because menu looks great!

    Steak was great. Cold crab app was ok, lacked dipping options. French onion soup was no better then anywhere else but 4 times the price. Lobster bisque was overwhelming with seafood flavor. The shrimp scampi side with dinner was not good at all. The lobster tail side with dinner was ok. The chop house corn was great. The twice baked was not good. The 10 layer carrot cake was decent. I frequent steakhouses often. With a great selection of them in KC I will not be returning.

    -Steak was good, not great. My filet was cooked medium well:( -Oscar for steak was ok, bland -crab cake was good -Lobster Mac is amazing! -Twice baked was old and cold -salad was boring -espresso Martinis were perfect! -Scallops were good -Nearly everthing needed salt:( -For two people the meal was right at 400$. My expectations are very high for that price as they should be.

    Our server was amazing, she really knew the menu and had wonderful suggestions. She helped make our friends birthday one to remember. The food, drinks, and ambiance were amazing. Thanks for a wonderful evening- so sorry the birthday girl got a little lost in the sauce, we got her home safely!

    It was our first time and loved the ambient setting in the restaurant. The music they play is fun to listen to. The service was amazing. The food was very good although our seafood dish was doused in butter so that was not so fabulous. Otherwise, it was a great experience overall!

    We went for a late anniversary & Valentine’s Day dinner. I’d heard a lot of great things about Ocean Prime. Now, I’d see if it lived up to the hype. And, it did! Hannah our server, was extremely knowledgeable & personable! Everything from our choice of drinks, the old fashioned is awesome, to our dessert, was incredible. I even had enough for leftovers. We will definitely be dining @ Ocean Prime in the future!

    The vibe was perfect. The lights are dimly lit to provide a slight cloak of privacy, and the music was at a perfect volume so one could not hear the conversations going on around them, and still not raise their voice. The food was off the charts! the meals are clearly crafted. It was our first time, and it definitely won’t be the last! Enthusiastically recommend.

    First time here and wasn’t too overly impressed. It’s a great place to social but the noise level was a little too loud in my opinion. Felt like I had to talk much louder just so my husband can hear me. The service was superb! Our waiter was great and quick. She had a helper who came to pour water multiple times. They have 4 types of water, which will be explained to you at the beginning. One thing she did forget to tell us is that it cost $4/person. I was thrown off for being charged for water. It would have been nice to be informed at the beginning. We both had sparkling, which I regret cause I just like to drink regular water while enjoying a meal. We ordered the teriyaki salmon (medium), 8oz filet mignon (medium) with garlic roast mash and the dynamite roll. We picked salmon but to be honest, I wish they just had a regular salmon option. For being “ocean” prime you would think they would have more salmon options. Didn’t really care for the teriyaki seasoning but it tasted like a sushi bake to me. The filet was cooked well but overly seasoned to my liking. The mashed potatoes was not my favorite. The consistency was purée and it felt like I was eating baby food rather than mashed potatoes. The dynamite roll was probably my favorite thing. The sushi was delicious and it had a weird but nice hot/cold dynamic to it. The roll was cold but the toppings (shrimp) was warm and cooked. If I do come back, I think I will stick to just sushi next time.

    Ocean Prime is always a vibe. The food is always great and with the unlimited customizations, your meal is always exactly how you like it. Ambiance was nice, food was on point, and the vibe was amazing!
