This was our first experience with Ocean Prime- we have traveled and ate fabulous food throughout the US- including great seafood restaurants in Cape Cod. We had a great crabcake as the opening appetizer. The sea scallops were large and cooked perfectly. The sea bass was fresh and cooked perfect. The choice of wine was exceptional for options. Gerrilynn did an outstanding job on service. We rated this outing as the best !!

Overall, the food was very good. The service was not. We had to ask multiple times for salt and pepper, the overall timing of the meal was not good either. We would have ordered another bottle of wine but it was too late when finally offered. I’m not sure I would go back on a holiday-eve.

We waited over an hour for our entrees. The food is good but not worth the price. I had send back my entree because it was luke warm. We spent $300 for 2 ppl and am never going back.

The food was good but our waiter was terrible. Not attentive at all. It took 10 minutes for him to even acknowledge us and then another 15 minutes to get a cocktail. Then he wanted us to order right away and we just wanted to enjoy our cocktail. Don't know if he had too many tables or what. Delan was very attentive and nice. For those prices, we expect good service. It was my husbands birthday so was very disappointing. The other times we have been the service has been outstanding. I clicked yes below for the recommendation since I am hoping this was a one time incident...

Excellent food! Steak had a delicious crust due to the high temperature used to cook it and it was cooked to perfection. The wait staff was always striving to make sure we liked everything and were taken care of. When we questioned anything, they always made sure it was fixed promptly.

My wife and I went there for our 50th anniversary and overall the experience was very good. We did find it to be difficult to maneuver as we were turned this way and that by employees just to get to the hostess stand to find our table. My wife had the fillet, which was outstanding, however her grilled shrimp was over cooked and was difficult to cut with a knife. I had the Chillian Sea Bass which was excellent. We would go there again for a special occasion, just order something else.

Outstanding service, food, and atmosphere. Hosts personally ensure your experience is great from the moment you walk in. Each and every server at your table ensures the same throughout your meal. I enjoyed a wonderful dinner with my husband at Ocean Prime. The ambiance was quiet and intimate. The music was perfect. Our waiter was outstanding - attentive, obervant, kindly explained the menu, answered questions graciously. The food was sublime. We look forward to our next visit.

Food was outstanding. Had sushi, steak and lobster. It was all fantastic. Girlfriend really enjoyed her Bubbling Berries cocktail. Service was a tad slow but it was a busy Friday. Look forward to going back.

Absolutely perfect visit. Denise, the server was fantastic in every way and really made sure we were pleased with the whole experience. The executive chef, Julio even came out and spoke with us as well. I like my steak cooked a certain way and everyone made sure it was correct. Don't sleep on the buttered corn side! We will definitely be back.

The only thing better than the food was the service! The waitress (either Denise or Anise) was top notch! She did an impeccable job of explaining the menu selection. Duke made us feel very welcomed. This was a 1st class dining experience and my new favorite place!

The worst food I have ever had at this level and price point. I have eaten at the one in D.C. in the past and it was very good. I wish someone had warned me, just a complete waste of time and money. Problems across the board - seating, service, and especially the food. Stay away.
