Overall great experience. Only downside was too much garlic in the linguines.... Way too much. Also great wine menu. I highly recommend the place.

We had a great dinner for two. We were seated by a boisterous group of men maybe 8 who were loud. Once they left the vibe of the evening improved considerably. Our server was attentive. Food was excellent!

We received excellent service. When i said my lobster tail was not good, the price was refunded and we were served two glasses of Prosecco. I felt that your restaurant really cared about me. We have told a number of people about our experience, including remarks on Facebook. We definitely will be back and will recommend you highly

Food quality was excellent, though service could have been more attentive. Was not offered an option for drink refills, which is not optimal for a 20% tip. Restaurant was not busy, so the lapse in attentive service is not understandable. Lobster rolls were an excellent appetizer. The hash browns stuffed with creme cheese were horrifically bad - we observed many of those being sent back to the kitchen as a bad idea. The cocktails were excellent but unnecessarily miserly in volume. Should be a bit more generous. At most, my Macallan cocktail, though excellent, was barely more than a few sips. Sea bass with crab was executed perfectly. Hard to improve upon it. Norwegian king crab was also excellent and well prepared. Again hard to improve upon. I will definitely return, this time to try out the higher end steaks, as this is probably the place for high end seafood. Unless “catch” around the corner (coming soon) is also a seafood hit. Time will tell. Overall, this is a great place for date night or an end corporate dinner.

I’ve had a lot of lobster in my lifetime and this was the least impressive. They did make it right and I got the Chilean Seabass instead which was excellent. My husband had crab legs, but not sure what they do to them. They came pre-split, but it’s almost like they cooked them that way because the top part of the meat was a little tough Our server was absolutely incredible, but I would not visit again for the food.

As an avid Open Table user and someone who travels the world and enjoys fine dining. From Carbone and Cipriani in NYC to Zuma in Las Vegas and Miami I enjoy good food, ambiance but more importantly service. My first experience at Ocean 44 was subpar. Our waiter Shane was abrasive, in a rush and worried about his other table that had 6 guests. He didn’t bother to tell us about the Wagyu Ribeye that was off menu that I heard another waiter tell the table next to us. I would have loved to order that if he would have taken the time to do his job. Instead he rushed us through the meal. An unfortunate experience.
