    We had our anniversary dinner at Ocean 362. Jemma our server was welcoming and pleasant. They were out of lobster which my husband would have liked. So the server suggested the special of the day, squid ink pasta which my husband was also interested in, only for her to return and inform him/apologize that they were out of that too. They didn’t have coffee either. There wasn’t much of a view, except the back of some villas and St Thomas way in the distance. The bartender watched loud videos on his iPhone, right next to us through most of our visit, and his sound competed with the music playing so it really took away from our experience. They did send a salad on the house, I think to make up for the limited menu. The entrees were decent but not anything extra special. Decent portion size, but overly salted competing with an overly sweet sauce- I avoided the sauce and I couldn’t eat it all. The green beans didn’t taste right and were so rubbery I could hardly cut them with my knife. Parking was easy- no cost but tipped the valet for the service. They were ready for us to leave at 9pm and didn’t hesitate to clean up all around us as we finished up. Would not recommend with so many other great options available on St John.

    Wonderful place.Away from the crowds and noise. The food and service were outstanding. Thank you to Gemma(our server) for taking care of us.

    We had anticipated halibut and lobster. Unfortunately, they were out of both. Risk on this island of course. They substituted strawberry grouper. We almost headed out after cocktails. But, very glad we stayed. Grouper was fantastic. Deserts are always stellar.

    Best view of the sunset from the 3rd floor bar. Excellent service from our bartender Amanda. Will definitely return next time on St John’s.

    Our first visit to Ocean 362 - a wonderful experience. Delicious all around. Creative cocktails. Perfect service. All loved their entrees - the Halibut; the special of the evening - Triggerfish; the Caribbean Lobster. And, the relaxing ambience at sunset.

    The ambience and food were good (although it was hot without much air movement), but the service was painfully slow. Our drink order sat on the counter for almost 20 minutes before our waitress brought it over. After dinner was served, she never came back to see if we wanted more wine. Finally when she did come back, we had to ask for more water. It never came. We gave up and asked for our check. This place could have made a lot more money from us, as we surely would have ordered more wine and dessert, but instead we got our check and got out of there. What a disappointment.
